All was ok, only the bathroom door could be a bit more larger to have more intimacy inside the bathroom.

The check in was just perfect, the place is very cozy, bed super comfi and the neighbourhood very calm with fancy houses around.

Carrying heavy luggage up small steed stairs.

The initial room was much smaller than was expected. There was no indication in marketing that you would have to carry your heavy suitcase up a spiral staircase. Initially the bathroom light did not worked. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a bigger bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and better than expectations. That is definitely a great plus. The location was a bit further away from the centre of the old town, but not to far.

The area under the bed was not clean and appeared dirty.

The room and the bathroom were spacious, and the hospitality of the staff was excellent. They kindly allowed me to store my luggage in their depot overnight. The coziness of the hotel made it well worth the stay. It’s one of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed at—the hotel itself feels like a charming, fresh, and quaint home. A big shout-out to the staff, who were incredibly helpful with all my needs and truly made me feel at home.

a lovely place - it is in a residential part of the town, seems to be quiet - and an easy 10 - 20 minute walk to central Delft (depending on where you want to go) it was hot while i was there, and i was in the attic room so extra hot up there and there is no AC. Nature's temperature wasn't the hotels fault and they tried to make me comfortable and brought me cold water and the room had a fan. Some rooms have AC they said, but suggest you call to ensure you get one of those.

Breakfast was lacking some mornings with some items missing when we arrived down an hour an a half before end of service. Some areas need a little refresh - coat/hooks would be handy in bedroom. Overall though, I think we would return to this hotel.

Check in was easy and quick. Staff were friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Location was OK for us, about 10 min walk into centre, through a couple of residential streets. Garden area was lovely, a welcome lounge space there's a nice homely atmosphere at Casa Julia.

Room was little but had everything one needs for a short stay. As far as I could tell there was no airco only a fan. But luckily during my stay it was not extremely hot. Breakfast was nice.

Main thing was that Casa Julia needs more staff over breakfast. One person cannot manage making cooked breakfast, putting food out, all the clearing away, and be on the desk. Breakfast itself was adequate but not top class. Our room was nice, but bathroom door does not close properly, and with shower and toilet needs an extractor fan.

The breakfast was *very* expensive, around 20 euros for what seemed to be a fairly ordinary breakfast. I had asked beforehand whether a fridge was available; my room had some sort of mini bar, which was empty (perhaps to address my request). This was enough to keep some spreads for bread, but not e.g. a box of milk. I would've preferred if a common fridge & cutlery were available, although I realize this is uncommon for hotels.

Comfy room, a little crammed with furniture but I stacked it together to have more space for myself. Clean premises, good and calm location in Delft, close to both city centre and TU campus.

Casa Julia is a nice solution to discover Delft and its University campus. The rooms are tiny but nice and well equipped. The staff and the breakfast are really nice. The only limitation I found during my stay is the water pressure in the shower, but I think it is not a big deal! I completely suggest this accomodation!!!

The cleanliness of the place in general is definitely a point for improvement. Some dusty cabinets in the bathroom and stained plates and cutlery at the breakfast, also a tidy balcony would be a plus.

Nice villa, close by the centre of the city, quiet surroundings, nice garden.
