My room was located directly above the bar/restaurant, which wasn’t ideal, as the music was quite noticeable and played late into the night. Additionally, not being able to order a hot breakfast before 7:30 a.m.—especially when needing to leave early for a business trip—was disappointing. Thirdly, although it was eventually resolved after I had to track down someone from reception in the early hours of the day, I was mistakenly charged twice for the city tax.

The hotel is centrally located.

Overall, I had a good experience. It was likely a busy night, which may have contributed to the slower pace of service in the restaurant — although a slightly quicker response would have been appreciated. One thing I felt was missing in the room was a small desk or workspace, which would have made it more convenient for handling emails or doing a bit of work during my stay

I prefer a firm pillow. The bedcovers were good but too heavy for summer. But we were able to get a sheet or use instead and it was perfect.

The spa facility was amazing. The rooms were comfortable. Staff was very helpful and always very friendly. Breakfast was good but it doesn't start until 7:30. I did get the to go breakfast one day which was ok quality but it was convenient since I could pick it up by 7 am. Probably the best shower I have had in a long time. The restaurant food was good.

A bit noisy as people were partying that weekend and you could hear them arriving late laughing and talking out loud in the corridor.

Bed Mattress was way too soft, it was not at all firm. Entrence-Entrence of the hotel is via Kitchen of the Restaurant.

There is not really a separate bathroom in the room, only a shower cabin and a toilet. Not a major inconvenience, just a little awkward.

The room was huge and very luxurious. The indoor pool and sauna are also worth a visit! But the best part was the staff, they were all very kind and made my stay a great one.

The food and the service at the restaurant were okish, but not so good.

The location and the decoration. The heated terrace. The suite was big and bed comfy. The room also had good insulated windows, preventing noise from the street, hence very quiet.

Our room was freezing, there’s no heating in the room only a AC. which I’ve turned on, thinking it would leave the room warm for the night, as I’ve set the temperature for 28. Result: the AC was airing cold air for hours, and when we got to the room for sleeping it was horrible. I called the reception and they came to say they couldn’t do anything, since there was no heating. The whole 3rd floor was colder, my in-laws said the same about their room. Additionally, it feels a bit weird that the entrance to the rooms is through the back corridor passing the public toilets and kitchen…

Sad to see a hole in a blanket. Also, the curtains did not have sufficient loops - no problem but it spoils an otherwise clean and perfect room.

Room was bright and comfortable, good bed, functioning bathroom - all fixtures working. Friendly staff - even when in the morning the alarm went off, the staff stayed calm and di their best to solve the problems. Location is great, with restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Even on a Friday evening when the town was buzzing, the room was quiet!

Restaurant is niet so good; food is mediocre though very expensive and service is slow. Service desklady never smiled. Room is very noisy in the early morning and late at night next to garbage dumpster outside. Hallway towards rooms smell bad. Bed is low quality and too soft.

Location is good. Room size is well. Atmosphere is cosy.

The property is in perfect location. The pool/sauna/steam room is a real added bonus. We stayed in the older side which did not have lifts, so if you struggle with stairs make sure you pick the right rooms. If you stay a Saturday night it’s perfect for breakfast on the Sunday as lots of places are closed. We loved sitting outside the area is very relaxing and inviting. We would definitely recommend and stay again

No elevator in the old wing. Very hard if you have luggage. Better get rooms at the new wing. Breakfast is a little late at 730am

Parking is a bit of a hassle, but was OK in a nearby garage. The food (diner) at the hotel was a bit average.

Excellent location, interior is very new, optimal use of the space in our room. Very central location, but minimal noise in the room.

A little noisy at night as we were on floor one. I did request quiet rooms as I had children. They fell asleep no problem but my wife not so... Otherwise great.

The manager who led the team was fantastic. Remembering orders, advising. Always looking to see how he could help. The other members were great. Close to Superb but towels, key cards and a few other points..

bathroom in the middle of the room, zero privacy, shower exists into the room so floor is always wet. The terrace is accessible via a very shaky small ladder, an accident waiting to happen

Just the disco music from next to the hotel could be disturbing. But with closed windows thanks to the very effective airco it was less audible.
