Room was only cleaned when asked, we were out for the whole day and came back to our dirty room with no house keeping available around 4 pm it was a bit challenging Hence please ensure to mention to clean the room before you leave for the day !

Property is in Central which makes it accessible to good food & Beers. Very nice connectivity through elevators directly to central.

Despite the good outer isolation, the sound isolation within the hotel is bad: in the room we could hear virtually everything that happened outside the room. For those who travel with dogs that can be a problem, if the dog is scared of noise. Also there is no regular cleaning, but you can ask for it on reception. Breakfasts are so-so.

The location is fine and right near the old market. Even though there is a train station nearby, we almost didn't hear the sounds of the trains.

The shower had very low pressure. Also the towels provided smelled musty. Furthermore, the outside elevator smelled like urine.

We booked a room for one in our group in a wheelchair with disabled access. The bathroom was excellent and perfect for them to navigate. However the entry to the room and the access around the bed cannot be labelled as accessible. It is impossible for a wheelchair user to enter the room alone, even with help it is tricky because the door is so heavy while manoeuvring a wheelchair or roll walker. Equally with a wheelchair there is no space to move around the bed or access the kettle to make tea. The accessibility is not up to standards for reduced mobility people. .

The room was exceptionally clean, all the staff super friendly, the view of Enschede was lovely. Convenient location in the city centre, also the fact you had underground parking was very useful as we travelled with a person in a wheelchair and this made it easy.

Location can‘t be beat. 2 minutes from train station as well as city center, yet quiet - and amazing views from upper floors. Rooms are nice, practical, clean, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is great. Been here many times, always excellent.

My only niggle is that I found it very difficult as someone not familiar to Enschede nor driving in Europe to locate exactly where the car park was. Better signage co-designed by a tourist and better guidance on the website would make this easier. Google maps was not actually that helpful but the staff were very accommodating and made up for my deficiencies.

Bed/mattress was OK but not the most comfortable. I would have liked more than one "English Breakfast" tea bag, and a milk serving instead of coffee creamer. As there's a fridge in the room, maybe a fresh milk option could be offered with a reusable glass container? The towels were a bit thin. Noisy neighbours returning to their room at 5am.

Good central Enschede location close to station. Great view from large window. Room was large, clean and comfortable, with useful storage space. Staff were courteous and helpful.
