Great location, spacious room, comfortable beds. Our room overlooked the train station but we were quite impressed with the sound insulation and we were not bothered when sleeping. However for light sleepers it’s best to use ear plugs on top (they even provide guests with ear plugs).

It is right by the train/bus/tram station, in front of a large shopping center, and a 5 minute walk from the historic center. The area is safe, the windows huge, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast abundant. There is a swimming pool, too!

No slippers or bath rope in room for the spa, absurd location of TV, relatively small pool (but good depth), not very soundproof from neighbors (from street was fine), expensive breakfast as add-on, aircon was to close to bed = risk of getting a cold

Great location, close to the station and shopping mall, and just a short walk from the centre. The reception staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. I particularly liked the view from my room, overlooking the busy railway tracks; from my bed I could enjoy the sunset, and the illuminated glass-brick minarets of the local mosque in the background. Despite the proximity to the station, the room was very quiet. The pool is small but adequate; there is also a steam bath and sauna, and a little outdoor terrace. Being open til 11pm, there is plenty of opportunity to find a quiet time there to relax.

The bed was a little tough which my partner didn't like. Also there's a lot of construction going on outside which does ruin the view a little.

The room was very spacious and with all the open windows it gave a very cool penthouse vibe. The jacuzzi also felt nice and comfortable. Friendly staff and we could check in a couple hours earlier than the dedicated time.

The cleaning could be better, the spa area with sauna doesn't seem in good shape, the pool is pretty cold but ok, in most of the hotels you get a coffee pad machine, this could be improved

Nice hotel next to the train station, on the deck floor there is a little swimming pool, nice after a whole day of walking and sightseeing, rooms are nice and comfortable, free baby cot for the room

I tried the breakfast one morning, and while it was nice, it felt a bit pricey so I didn’t have it again.

I had a lovely stay at Inntel Hotel. The staff were really friendly and check-in was quick and easy. My room was massive, spotless, and had an incredible view overlooking the train station. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the canals.

It was Not Clearly mentioned in the Description that it is actually Not 20€ to park but 38€ and the parking does Not belong to the Hotel Building. Unfortunately it was Not mentioned that the swimming Pool was closed because of repair / construction work otherwise we would have Not paid 150€ for the Hotel Room!

Getting to the hotel by car is hell and parking must be via P4. parking at HC station complex. There is a sign outside the hotel that says visitors can reach the outside door of the hotel but it's really a cycle lane and hard to find and use. The parking section of the booking.com needs improvement.

I stayed 5 nights and the floor in my room was not vacuumed every day. I could see on the floor some little stones or dirt for a couple of days after I accidentally brought them inside on my shoes. So that could be improved cos the rest of cleaning was very good,
