Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkWe had no other choice for eating this nigh, then to eat something from the one and only fastfood restaurant “Subway” across the street, which was the only place they served food within walking distance. This was due to few guests - the receptionist gave us option to keep the restaurant open only for us, if we could confirm we will eat there - otherwise he wanted to send the chef home. We got a drink for free as compensation (although we had to pay for the tonic in the G&T, ie only the gin in the gin was for free) 😃 Long Way to town centre and no real restaurants (other than Subway) in walking distance from hotel.
Very clean, nice room, close to motorway, perfect for a sleepover, very friendly receptionist. Cosy bar area where we enjoyed a drink in the evening. Nice price. A lot of parking places just outside hotel (in the hotels area).

United StatesTelevision channels didn’t always work (no signal, just black screen) Or took a long time to work. Unable to set own temperature in room. Only one of the options suggested to add more heat actually functioned. The “heater” in bathroom never got warm and there were no instructions on how to operate it. Power button was useless. Bathroom lights are automatic and there is no way to turn them off. Not great when you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
