Thank you for a comfortable stay on our trip from the UK back home. The location is great with a large parking place - no problem to park our car. The room was spick and span and all the staff was always friendly and smiling. Thank you.

Clean room, welcoming staff. Location was at 12' from Maastricht, exactly what we needed. The bed was comfortable and no noises around. The room was exactly aa in the photos.

The room was very small, yet I'd say it's fine for 1-2 days stay as we had.

Too bad there aren't dinner restaurants in the immediate area. A little added stress from having to choose a timeslot for breakfast the day before.

We liked that it was very modern and very clean

I had an uncomfortable nights sleep in the room , the bed kept me awake as it was way too hard. I also fell poorly because of the air conditioning it was either way too cold or way too hot. I also checked in at 11pm at night and I paid for my booking online but when I got there I had to pay 4 euro taxes and I couldn’t pay that by card , we had to search around for the money in the car or we wouldn’t have been able to stay. I found this annoying she could have just let us off due to the time of night and the fact it was there machine that wasn’t working.

Very basic hotel. If you're looking for "just the accomodation" and not a fancy place, this is what you're looking for. Service was very good, hotel almost new and clean. But you have to consider this is a basic accomodation (no hair drier, no fridge, no safe...).

Disaster..absolutely not recommended. After paying we arrived at the room, the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest. After I reported it at the reception the receptionist told me that she was going to clean the room and change the bed, but she only made the bed and did not change it. Then she had to change it in front of me, while still claiming (and lying) that my room had been cleaned and the bed was made. In the bathroom there were towels on the floor after the previous guest and a dirty shower. I demanded an immediate refund and had to look for a new hotel. The behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional and arrogant!

Staff & location excellent, rooms nice, perfect for 1 or 2 night stay. Breakfast was also good.

Parking, not enough spaces, arrived late and all the approved onsite parking spaces were taken.

Reasonable cost, comfortable bed.

Far from Maastricht.
