Considering its beachfront location, this hotel would really benefit from having air conditioning. We stayed when it was just 22°C, and it already felt uncomfortably warm to sleep. I can’t imagine how it would be during hotter days above 28°C. The reception experience also left something to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed, juggling multiple tasks at once, and didn’t offer a very warm welcome. Check-in felt rushed, and we barely received information about the hotel or its amenities.

The hotel is beautiful, well located, amazing breakfast and lovely staff. They have great structure and it's just a 5min walk to the beach and a 15min walk to the city center.

The hotel is ideally located, close to the beach and within walking distance of the shops. The breakfast is excellent, and the weekly buffet was delicious. Compliments to Chef Karim for specially preparing a vegan menu – it was truly delightful. The bar is a cozy and pleasant place to relax, with exceptionally friendly staff. The beach is large and offers plenty of space. Additionally, there are convenient car charging points near the hotel. The hotel is very pet-friendly. Towels are available at the entrance to dry off your dog, and dogs are welcome in the restaurant as long as they stay under the table. This makes the stay very enjoyable. The staff is extremely kind and attentive.

We paid a few extra euros for the balcony hoping to get a view over the pool, but instead we looked over the carpark at some tall trees, so no view at all. Don't like having to pay for a carpark, it should be built into the price to avoid negative feedback!

Breakfast buffet was excellent. short walk to beach one way and village other way with heaps of restaurants to choose from.

The supposedly complementary coffee to be available from coffee machine situated at the staircase landing was just a tease. The machine being off and out of water except during breakfast time when coffee is served anyway makes it pretty useless and disappointing. Seen other guests wondering about the same. Either make it brew coffee for your guests remove altogether.

Restaurant not very good.

The hotel is clean and comfy and near the beach. The breakfast is OK but the restaurant is not so good for other meals. The spa stuff -- sauna, steam room, whirlpool is very nice. It is a good place but get your meals in town, a short walk away.

The only negative is the walls are very thin and it's easy to hear what the neighbour is doing.

The breakfast was good and plenty of it. Our room was big enough and the bed was comfortable. The beach is only a few minutes walk, the town centre can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

It should not be allowed to smoke at the balconies, with bedroom windows open the smokes from neighbour balcony comes inside, which is a pity. The wardrobe in the room is place in the awkward place, leaving little space to access the window.

The spa facilities. Everything was accessible and working. Steam bath. Sauna. Bubble bath and cold bath. So nice! :) It is also near the beach and the town. ❤️ the breakfast was also nice!
