there are 2 flights of very steep narrow stairs to lug your luggage up to the 2nd floor. Very noisy since it sits on the square and people were partying all night with glass breaking, shouting, loud music

The stairs, the host was not really friendly or talkable, I arrived at 9 pm and around 9:55 am my acces card was already declined/deactivated and there was no one there and the number for the reception nobody picked up, check out could be untill 10:30 am which is very early. I stucked for one hour outside half clothed before they arrived at 11 am.

The soundproofing could be better, as it can get a bit noisy until the restaurant closes. The bathroom felt a little outdated, and the staircase could be a safety concern, especially for those with mobility issues.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access public transport and nearby attractions. It’s a decent choice if you’re out exploring all day and just need a place to sleep at night.

Very narrow steep stairs up to 2. and 3. floor. Small room, on tiny comunal shower. No bed side lamp. No possibility to wash hands after using comunal toilet. Sink in room, good, but should have soap. No possibility to get a coffe in the morning. No frills, a budget hotel

Clean room, towels and bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Excelent location. Good coffe, nice outdoor seating. But closed mondays and never open early enough to have neither breakfast nor a coffe before exploring the city

A couple of small things - the light over the mirror was broken. My key-card stopped working the day before I was due to leave (but they fixed it up quickly at the reception)

It was a nice little attic room in an old building. It was in the heart of the old town, with a view of the ancient church from both windows.

- very dirty and broken lamps and room door. - when I got to my room some old and dirty Ukrainian guy came to show me how to open the door and he had a card that could open my door, he was dodgy and only spoke Ukrainian. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings there. - very very noisy till 3 am I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The only good thing we’re the friendly asian couple at the bar/reception. And the location.

the stairs to the rooms were a bit precarious: very narrow steps and very steep. it was very hard to take our luggage up and down and we needed to ask for help from the staff (who were lovely and very helpful) the room had a step up between the door and bathroom to the area with the beds which my mum tripped on a couple times, so might be an idea to add some warning tape or something to highlight it better. the wifi was a little patchy for me which made it hard to do some online meetings I needed to and had to switch to my phones hotspot instead.

really friendly and helpful staff, clean and bright room with great views onto the street with the cathedral as well as large windows that open fully. comfortable beds with nice fresh and clean bedding. cheaper by far than most other hotels in the area while still being a clean and comfortable space. no bells and whistles sure, but very good value for money

Arrived and given room key to find room was not ready but also that the window was wide open and the bed was soaked. When I notified them they said they would get it ready in 5 minutes. I didn’t want to sleep on a wet mattress so I requested another room. Thankfully another room was available.

The window did not work so all the late night restaurants goers were right outside and could wear there conversation till the wee hours of the morning. Ear plugs definitely recommended.

Very old bathroom, shower not entirely clean. The floor is slightly sloping which was a little weird but not too disturbing. Small beds in width. The lamps were positioned right above the beds and therefore it was hard to sit up against the wall to watch a movie comfortably. + the light switch was on the wall right above the bed as well. The pillow kept touching the switch in the middle of the night because of movement (so we had a slow disco at night with the light)

Location is amazing! Easy checkin and out. TV available with Netflix!
