We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IndiaAbsolutely no staff to help you with anything. Rarely available on call and that too until just 4PM, one hour after checkin time. One of the cotravellers I met called it a ghost hotel and I understand why! Parking system is in shambles. The barricade doesn't open even after having your car registered and again zero help from anyone as nobody's available. Highly frustrating when all other parking options nearby are much more expensive. The beds are too soft and springy to the level of being uncomfortable. The location is noisy all night as it right in the center. Rooms are too warm for summer with almost no ventilation and you cannot open the windows as the noise takes over then.

United KingdomI needed to charge an EV overnight but the charger was defective, and judging by the sign it had been for a while. Either fix it, or take it off the details. I also got a mains voltage electric shock off the light plug. Needs fixing.

NetherlandsThe service is bad. Breakfast was 22 euros and a lot of things were burned. Like the bacon, bread and croissants. We reserved our parking spot online for 24 hours through one website called mobypark. The hotel still charged us 25 euros for the parking spot. They kept saying that they have nothing to do with payments to mobypark. At the parking entrance, are many parking apps where you can reserve a spot. But if u are staying at the hotel, they will charge you even more. Something that doesn't really make sense. In the bathroom were still some hairs and shower gel from the previous guest.

NetherlandsThere was no staff *at all* when we arrived at 6pm. We had no idea how to get in. We couldnt even enter the car park (our car was not registered in the system despite email communication). We ended up walking / passing the car park barrier and saw an envelope with my name taped to the entrance door. This contained the key cards to our rooms. We refer to it as the "ghost town" hotel. Also didnt know how to check out so we just left the key cards at what used to be the reception area.
The location was the only good thing as it's right by the resto street.

NetherlandsThere is given wrong phonenumber on the webstie,so you cant reach anybody from the hotel. My room is not cleaned up, everywhere dust, a weird stinky smell hanging in the room, fridge not working, when I went to bed, started to scratch myself, felt something in it. It was a terrible night.
The place is good located and there is a lot of restaurants and parking near to. Also very close to the supermarket.

GermanyI made a reservation and they cancelled it the day before my arrival by calling me. I had to call them multiple times so they would at least send me a written message confirming that the cancellation was because they overbooked, their behavior was very unprofessional. They afterwards ignored my messages about the refund and it wasn't until I contacted booking that they started processing the cancellation and refund. This was over a month after so it seems like they had no intention of returning the money until booking contacted them. Until that point booking had zero info about the cancellation.

NetherlandsThe rooms are very outdated that you still smell the mold from the 70's. The idea is to keep the atmosphere of those times, the entrance and the hall are quite well maintained and clean. But the rooms don't give the same vibe, even if you clean it well, that wallpaper and furniture will make it look dirty and old. With the digital key to open the room I expected to see also the rooms more 'renovated'. Talking about digital, their system keeps sending you emails to check-in online and add your credit card details. Although we contacted the hotel to request the check-in at the reception, we kept receiving these annoying emails. The walls are very thin, we couldn't sleep due to the noisy neighbors above and the ones next to us. I could hear everything. There is a kettle in the room but no cups. You only have plastic cheap cups that melt with the hot water. It would benefit to put ceramic cups. Breakfast is too expensive for what you get, 22 euros. It was poor, not much choice of warm food, and the cheese in the buffet was with mold, you could see it was expired.

GermanyArrived for checkin. Informed by rude staff member that our reservation was canceled. Staff lied and said they tried to call and booking contacted us. There was no notification anywhere. Hotel sent five confirmation text and even replied to request to checkin early. Do not book with this hotel. I understand that accidents occur but they were completely unapologetic and unhelpful. Hotel is old and over priced. Breakfast is not worth 22 euro.
Location is centrally located.
