How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The hotel could provide parking for guests. I understand it's the city center, but maybe consider some discounts or lower parking prices in the area.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location near the train station, with easy access to other cities.

My bedroom chair was very stained so it looked unhygienic.
My favourite was to be allowed to stay until 12pm, how quiet it was and how nice the staff was. I found the decoration very pleasant and the room nice and clean.

When you arrive with a lot of luggage as we did finding the right place to do the offloading wasn’t easy even after consulting the reception. You can't access the main entrance by car as it's in a pedestrian area and there's no parking on the backside of the hotel. Value for money for food and drinks was poor.
Very friendly young staff. Good recommendations from staff. Exellent breakfast in a bright and clean room. Cheap parking across from the hotel. We're allow early check-in.

The breakfast spread was small but it was good.
Location was really good. Just a minute walk from railway station. Parking is just opposite. Overall it was good.

We were assigned a disabled room with the couch bed also made up even though it was just two people, the disabled room also means after showering the bathroom is wet and more dangerous to get to the toilet after. We would’ve preferred a standard room.
It was very easy to get there both by car and public transport, great breakfast

Breakfast is just acceptable. Nothing special and nothing worth mentioning. Not simple to find.

It’s been probably more than two years now since the last time I was here. Everything pretty much the same as I remember. The beds are really comfortable same as the pillows.. you’ll get the best sleep as you can possibly get. Staff are less visible than it was a couple years ago but they are still the same extremely helpful and kind. Much love to y’all and big thank for everything and see you in the near future.

There was just one of the two towels which had old stains on it. It wasn't dirty, it were stains which clearly couldn't get washed out. A quality check could avoid these getting used.
The kindness of the personnel was exceptional. The room looks much better than other hotels which are pricier. Everything is neat and clean and looking newish. You can stream any device you have following the instructions on the tv, it works great! The ac also works very good.

Breakfast was ok but only continental not much hot options like bacon, beans etc. Dinner menu was ok but it was very obvious that the pasta was heated in microwave or oven yet still cost 18 euro. Took about 5 minutes from ordering to getting the pasta so no way it was fresh made in that time.
Great rooms with good comfortable beds, sockets by the beds is great, good WiFi, good shower with strong pressure and good temperature. Hotel close to train station, restaurants and secure parking at a very cheap price for overnight only 2 euro. Friendly and helpful staff Everything I look for in a hotel is provided here and I travel a lot it is rare to find a hotel that meets everything I like and i only have a simple checklist.

No mini fridge, no space for family (not even for three) though it was advised...very small rooms...only enough for one person..I asked for some glasses with ice cubes and one male staff member was very fuzzy...interacted with me like he was the owner and like the glasses were gold or diamond ...and he insisted I should return them asap.. on the note only one front office girl who was really friendly (Isla I assume here name was) and a there was a Dutch born Iraki security office who was very friendly...

Google Maps took us to a completely wrong location as the building is so new. So make sure to take careful note. Also not sure how you can drive near the entrance due to all the Bike zones. Very confusing for a foreign visitor.
Great location near to the train station and in a fun and vibrant area. Very fresh, new, modern hotel.
