United KingdomThe room is extremely small with no space for anything except 2 single beds and a small side table on one side only. The stairs are extremely steep and we could hear noise from other rooms. The bathroom door is a bit strange (a bit loose) as it moves sideways to save space (unexistent in the room). The car park was full when we arrived and we had to park almost blocking the entrance. Next day some people left and I moved the car to a safer position.
The building is very stylish and the shower was great. Nice selection of channels on TV and interesting system to open the door. The cleaning lady changed our towels and made our beds the next day.

The property is at very good location, 15min drive from Maastricht city centre. The surroundings were nice and cozy, self-checkin worked very well and the video guide was very useful in order to find the room. The staff was very helpful and general stay was great.

NetherlandsThe room was much smaller than I expected. The set-up of the room could have been better - the clothes hanging area over the kettle and coffee machine wasn't well thought out. There was no seating area or workplace in the room as was indicated in Booking.com's description - I had to work a little, so I had to improvise.
Beautiful building in a picturesque area. It is very close to Maastricht and Valkenburg and also nature - so it is a great place for a mini-break. The staff member who checked us in and out was very friendly and amenable.

NetherlandsThe main thing: I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the bathroom fan. It doesn't seem that bad when going around the room, but due to the resonance of the hum, it becomes very noticeable exactly at the height of the pillows on the bed. There is no way to turn this off, so I had to wear ear plugs the entire night, but that doesn't feel great when trying to sleep. Electronic key might mean you don't need to check in, it also means there is NO staff on the premise to talk to about issues. My electronic key didn't get send to me in time, so I tried calling the hotel reception. Forget it, they have a tape playing on the number that they no longer have a reception and you should email them....which they then don't answer. It's a cost cutting measure, to safe on staff costs, and less service is a result. Smaller thing: Tea and Coffee are provided in the room, but no mug/cup. Only two tiny espresso cups are provided and a few paper cups.
Location was good, very close to a motorway, without the noise of it. There is a separate motorcycle parking area and a nice large lot for cars. The app to open the doors worked well enough. The room was spacious and I had very little problems with noise from the other rooms, even though they were occupied.

United KingdomVisiting my parents from the UK - I’m originally from the next village so know the area extremely well. This place is a proper let-down. The decor is dated and the acoustics terrible. The hallways is so echoey, it feels like there is no wall. The garden view is in reality a view of the road. Mould on the walls. The exterior is stunning and really badly let down by the interior. Oh and you literally get 1 coffee pod per person.
Beautiful building, lovely exterior lighting scheme.
