Bed too small for two adult persons

Room was dull and dingy and small, shower drainage wasn't the best so came dangerously closee to flooding and the bath mat was soaked. Floor didn't appear to have been hoovered, and towels were old and a bit grubby. Bed was very soft - and walls were thin so could hear people talking next door until we thumped and they shut up at 11pm. Needs sound proofing. We had a bareable nights sleep, and it wasn't awful, but not somewhere I'd book again. If you have booked, you'll be fine, but didn't really want to spend any time in the room.

Cheap for what it was, beautiful surroundings in a park. Free parking was good, and easy to walk into the city centre or to local station. Didn't use restaurant so can't comment. Quiet surroundings - no car noise and peaceful area When we asked for a kettle one was provided - thankyou.

rooms are located on second floor , its was bit uncomfortable if you have luggage . There was an elevator available , but it was out of service .

All seems fine with that price in the middle of city but a very relaxing environment. Good vibe of court yard and dining area

Had fish and chips in the restaurant. Fish was cold inside. Shower pressure was poor.

There is very limited options for vegetarian, vegan type diets. It was a little hard to communicate given the language barrier and the bar/restaurant seems to close quite early. Not big concerns but somethinv to be aware of.

I loved the location, set in the middle of a park. It feels like a really nice escape from society. Most of the staff were lovely, particularly the night porter. Couldn't have been more nice and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately no hot water to shower the morning before check out. They could have told us or offered us a breakfast or something.

We got an upgrade when the jacuzzi in our room wasn't working.

The bed was placed in front of the window. This implied there was no support for the headboard. Instead, the headboard of the bed was placed on the floor. So no support when sitting in the bed reading. No chair in the room! The room is quite smalle, about 2.5mx3.8m. Only one reading light that permits reading in bed. Since the room was located at the back, noise from the party entered our room. This was acceptable, however, later at night people started cleaning up. This was at times so noisy one would wake up. Even at 03.00 o'Clock! The hotel appears to be in the process of renovation. That's all ok, however, the parking area is a big garbage lot.

The bed was excellent. The location was fine, very quiet area. Bathroom was ok, towels were clean and quite new.

Restaurant wait staff were very slow and didn't supply items ordered.

The room was quite basic and could do with some TLC. The TV in my room wasn't working and I was promised that my evening meal would be comp'd. This wasn't acknowledged by the restaurant who said I would need to take it up with the hotel. They also charged my meal in £'s without asking me, I always pay in the local currency. The following day, there were no hotel staff to talk too before I checked out at 11.00

The common areas of the hotel were very nice and the restaurant, that is attached (but not part) of the hotel was also very nice

Sadly there was a very noisy party on our 1st night, music that shook the room. The mattress on the bed was too soft and we both sank to the middle. A firmer mattress would be better. Thankfully Saturday night was very peaceful.

Few amenities could be added in the room such as a towel rack in the bathroom, mini fridge and air con. Check-in was quick, but we weren’t given much information about the hotel, or the bar/restaurant. Construction outside the hotel, made noise around 10:30am. Tv wouldn’t connect to wifi, had to use phone hot spot. No English Breakfast tea, just Earl Grey.

Room was clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful and plenty of nature walks. Hotel was very quiet, and had lots of outdoor seating. Decent parking area, with lots of space. Bathroom was nice and spacious with a good size shower, with a rainfall shower head. Good value for money, and room was cleaned during stay. 20-30 minutes from the beach & Den Haag.

staff at dinner half disengaged, waited ages to be served, had to get up and ask a few times. seemed inexperienced. but this is standard dutch service in hospitality....

A bit dated in decor upstairs. Curtains/blinds in the room did not fit well. Restaurant menu not in English for easy translation do unfortunately the meal was not a good experience.

The lift didn't work. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. People at the restaurant had to help us out. Before we arrived, we tried to reach out to request for the cot, but there was no response.

No answer what so ever, just a little note here.. it's very hard to find the entrance of the road to the hotel. My tom tom was killing me
