Shower was not so hot for me. Important to notice that there is no elevator (stairs), but the personal help to take the luggage up and down.

Very nice flat. Good space and confort. Bottle of wine courtesy was very well suited! I definetly recommend it! The town is amazing and it’s very well located.

A fairy tale room with a breathtaking view on the main Square with its wonderful cathedral. The room we rented had a very nice leaving room and It was gorgeous on the whole. We were in the center of Harleem which is a very beautiful city. 100% worth the stay and recommendable.

The flight of stairs to access was very steep.

The photos did not show it off well. It was a pleasant surprise. The 2 bedrooms were spacious. The terrace is off one of the bedrooms. The view of the canal was fantastic. It was quiet but centrally located. The beds and bedlinen were very comfortable

Steep stairs up to the apartment, but as we only had backpacks, it wasn't a problem for us.

Super location with lovely restaurants and bars on the street beside it. Separate sitting and bedroom, as well as having a bath off the bedroom. Bed was very comfortable and no noice from the street at night there.

The stairs to the apartment are steep, so be mindful of this if you have mobility issues, heavy luggage I would have liked a toaster in the kitchen.

A gorgeous apartment situated in the heart of the centre, surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Lovely decor and so spacious. The king-size bed was so comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. The lady on reception was lovely and helpful. Will happily be staying here again next visit

My sister and I booked separate rooms, and found we were not in same street. Site needs to advertise that access to suites would not suit people with mobility issues.

The bathroom was a bit dated and the shower a bit small but overall everything was great!

The lighting was dim at the landing which made it difficult to find the keyhole,. There was a motion sensor for the light but it did not always work.

The location was excellent - so close to the town centre,, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen well stocked with small appliances, dishes and utensils. The bed, comforter and pillows were all very comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower was excellent. All in all we had a very comfortable stay.

We liked this 2r studio apartment a lot, good size for a couple and very clean & tidy. Location is perfect, lot of restaurants and shops and central square only couple of hundred meters walk from the apartment. Late check-in with key box code worked seamlessly

Great apartment. Comfy clean and big luxurious with a private terrace. Reception staff very helpful with cases. Bed very comfy. Central location so everything a short walk away. Haarlem is a dream. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nothing to dislike. Typical Dutch stairs which are a work out but staff assisted with suitcases on arrival and departure

Situated in the old town of Haarlem it is well located in the shopping streets where cars don’t enter only deliveries. A short walk to Teylers museum, St Bavos and the canal. Lots of cafes nearby and supermarkets too. 20min walk from the station with luggage to wheel. Our suite 9 was at the top of a traditional Dutch gabled building. It was over 2 levels with a quaint set of stairs/ladder to reach the bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, we slept well. It could get warm in the summer but there is good cross ventilation. It was spacious and well equipped with cooking and clothes washing facilities. A roomy bar fridge for food and drinks. A welcome bottle of wine helped us relax in the cosy comfortable living area.
