Water pressure with restaurant and other rooms can be soft, no complaints otherwise!

Great location, nice rooms, WONDERFUL breakfast with great service. Not the expectation however staff let us check in early, as well as store bags their after check out so we could enjoy our morning/afternoon. Would 1000% stay here again!

Our room had no view. It looked out onto a brick wall but I think it would be cool on a hot day in the summer. The stairs to the rooms are steep.

We stayed at Het Wapen for 5 nights in a twin room whilst on a cycling holiday. The room was comfortable, very clean, very quiet, nicely decorated and the beds exceptionally comfortable. Our room was on the top floor of the hotel and the stairs are steep but on arrival and departure we were offered assistance with our bags. The breakfast was continental with cereal, fresh fruit and yogurts, fruit juice, selection of cheeses and ham and choice of cooked egg each day, breads and jams. We were so well looked after by Gieneke who was fantastic. She is professional, friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in the centre of Noordwijkerhout which is a very attractive small town and has a good choice of supermarkets and eating places. We ate at the hotel on 2 evenings and the meals were very good. The location of the hotel is also perfect for cyclists who want to visit the flower fields. The hotel provided us the side alleyway to put our bikes each night which was secure

Amazing staff, beautiful restaurant with fantastic food, comfortable beds, clean rooms, hot shower, clean bathroom. We did a late check-in after 10.30pm and the chef cooked us a delicious risotto even though the kitchen was already closed. The staff was SUPER friendly and we really felt like we were queens 👸 I can’t recommend it enough! The breakfast was also delicious and the morning staff as friendly as the evening staff. 5 stars I would give! ✨

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The luxurious setting and exceptional service truly stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. The area around the hotel was delightful to explore, and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Highly recommend!

The church bells ringing often could be disturbing.

Nice little hotel on a lively square, with a number of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a very good restaurant downstairs, which serves excellent food. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and was very good. The hotel was very close to the tulip fields and Keukenhof.

The hotel is in the centre of the town, opposite the church so a perfect location. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was incredible. I wasn’t able to have breakfast on my last day so they prepared a breakfast bag for me.

Accessibility was a wee bit of an issue. Steep stairs lead up to the bedrooms, which may be an issue for some.

The staff were warm and helpful. They went out of their way to be sure we had a good stay. The breakfast service was exceptional and felt more like being a guest in someone's home than in a hotel. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The WiFi was unstable, with difficulties to login from either a laptop or a phone.

A cute, small hotel, in the city center, with super nice, friendly and kind staff. I had breakfasts and dinners during my stay in their restaurant, which all were very delicious, being properly and friendly attended by the waitresses at all times. The public areas and the room were super clean, bed was comfy.
