They have self check in/out so there is no receptionist at the location. Their server went down in the afternoon, and it took couple of hours till we could get into our rooms again. Even ringing staff is a long process to reach them.

The location is perfect easily accessible to whatever one needs to stay ,nearby restaurants,super markets,the rooms are cozy with all basics amenities like fridge , tea / coffee maker nothing was missed

The location was great, and appreciated being able to park in front of the door to my room. The boat rental office was an easy walk away, and there was easy access to walking to the rest of the village for dinner. I'd classify the hotel as a budget hotel as the furnishing were very basic, but everything was very clean.

Having a large TV is nice. However, the channels for kids (e.g., Disney Channel and Nickelodeon) unfortunately had no signal. My kid was therefore a (very little) bit upset about this :(

The check-in process was easy. Although we are only allowed to check-in after 15, there is a small storage room where we can leave our luggage. Our room is quite nice. There are two single beds and one bunker bed in our room. Not sure if the AC works, but there is a circulator in the room. Breakfast is included. Overall, we had a nice time staying here.

The room is comfy. I like the breakfast. The price is the best part I like. Compare to others, this stay has most value for the price you pay.

Could use a bit clearer instructions on the check in machine. Other than that, all is just lovely!

Check in was a little bit wonky with the machine, but once that was completed, all was well! I had to call the customer service line and communication was quick and clear. Breakfast was lovely with a mix of hot and cold continental options. The location was superb! So close to bike and boat rentals and 2 minutes from the main canal walking path. Just loved it.

There is only one self service check in machine, which also serves as a terminal for resolving any issues with unlocking the rooms. In practice, check in and check out are quick and straightforward. However, if anyone has any problems with their room lock, you might have to wait a while for your turn on the machine.

You could hear other people in their rooms and in the hall. The light pointing down on the right side zoomed when off. The hall smelled a bit dusty. TV didn't have Chromecast or casting capabilities.

Nice hotel, new facilities, self check-in and check-out. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. Near the historic part of the village with canals and restaurants. We were able to park in front of the hotel.
