The top floor was very hot; thank goodness there were fans! Parking was a little problematic on the weekend, pity.

The rooms could do with an update. The bathroom was quite old with a bit of a leak. We had a room next to the road, which you would hear.

Close to the station with a cozy bar area. Comfortable beds and spacious room. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed a sewing kit for a ripped coat.

The budget double was very small (tricky with two full-size suitcases), with a funky bathroom light. The only real complaint, for me, the beds were very hard.

We had two rooms, a triple and a budget double. The triple room was great, with a couch and good seating. The budget double was definitely a budget double. The decorations in the hotel were great, very Christmas, and breakfast was worth the extra charge in this case. (That has not been my experience in other hotels in Europe.)

They didn’t have anything listed on the app to show when check in time would be. Our train wasn’t supposed to get in til 21:30, and after scouring their website and booking.com, we assumed it would be OK since nothing indicated an early check in. However, It wasn’t until AFTER we paid that we found our check in was only from 15:00-18:00. I was and still am furious about how that was handled. We had to cancel plans in our prior city to get there in time for check in. Not to mention, rather than waiting for a later train, we had to waste an extra 70€ on a taxi to make sure we arrived in time.

Great staff. We came in pissed because all trains to Valkenburg had been cancelled so we had to spend 70€ on a taxi, but they were so kind that we couldn’t stay angry. We got upgraded a room as well.

Rooms could be upgraded with some facilities for making coffee/the. No fridge, beds quite (too) soft, room very hot at night, even with outdoor temperature 18 degrees.

Nice big rooms (business room). Really nice breakfast and the staff really sweet and helpfull. Parkering behind the hotel for 10€/night. The location of the hotel is close (500m) to a lot of restaurant, and just 150m from the train station with easy 15min access to Maastricht. No need to have the hazzle of the traffic and finding parking in Maastricht.

There is no aircon in the rooms, our first night was very hot. They've spent a lot of time, effort and money on the many many decor items in the lovvy and restaurant. They should have used some of that budget for the rooms that are austere by comparison with a terribly cheap paint job.

Great location. In the town centre with parking. Our room was spacious and quiet. A decent breakfast. Quiet.with comfortable beds. Staff are accommodating.
