Check-in was quick and easy. Parking near the hotel is not great, but we knew this so we parked way outside the city and traveled by bike to the hotel. Everything else in the hotel is quite as expected. Decent beds, good sized rooms, fine and clean bathroom. (

AustraliaLovely renovation of an old post office. Perfect spot in the heart of it all. Close to everything. Train stop is a 20 min walk with a suitcase. Has a concierge and breakfast available if needed. Loads of options around close by as well. The staff are accommodating and i enjoyed my stay here but it sometimes felt more like a nice hostel than a luxury hotel. They also need to do some maintenance as wall scones hanging off the wall and walls not finished being painted isn’t a good look in the room. Not at 200 euro a night!

United KingdomAlthough available by calling hotel telephone number, there were no staff actually on duty through the night which was a suprise for a hotel of such a size. Aware of a couple of incidents on site (not the hotels fault) but where it would have been helpful if front desk manned 24 hours. Originally booked room for one night through booking.com, all at ‘Free Cancellation’ rate. Then added a second night, again at Free Cancellation rate. Unfortunately, had to cancel (within the free cancellation period) the 2nd night booked. Hotel wouldn’t let me do this unless the one remaining night charge (as per original booking) was increased substantially. Frustrating to then find when I arrived that the room I had (which was quite small) was available at a much cheaper rate matching the one I was originally charged for one night.
Nice comfy bed in clean room with decent Bathroom. Very friendly staff and location of hotel was excellent for the old town etc. Breakfast was very good and also a nice small bar for guests to use.

The hotel is located in the centre of the town with many restaurants close by. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful and the recent renovations to the hotel have helped make all stays very enjoyable.
