Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you found transportation easier than Google Maps suggests, as the routes can sometimes be misleading. Regarding the room size, you booked a small double room, which is our most compact option. For a more spacious stay, we recommend booking a comfort room next time. We hope to welcome you back again!

To ensure service, please make sure there is no "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, or if there is, place it on the correct side so housekeeping knows the room can be serviced. If this was not the case during your stay, we sincerely apologize and will address it with our housekeeping team to prevent it from happening in the future. Thank you for your review! We’re glad you found the hotel comfortable and appreciated the ease of access to public transport. Regarding the GPS, Google Maps doesn’t recognize the bike lane as a walking lane, which can make it suggest a longer 25-minute route. In reality, if you follow the bike lane on the McDonald’s side, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the hotel and tram stop. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

While it’s true we’re not located right in the center, Tram 1 is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and provides a direct connection to Leidseplein, one of Amsterdam’s main squares.
