Nothing I really disliked, but it could really benefit from a few things: Mattress topper to make 2 singles into a real double bed. Air-conditioning, it was 30 degrees, and we would have really appreciated it. Summers just keep getting hotter Top up breakfast items. With a full hour to go before breakfast closed, things like orange juice and tomatos were just removed once empty, rather than replenished. As breakfast essentials, it wouldn't take much effort to keep these topped up?

Very nice staff, very clean room and public areas, soft mattreses. Fan in the room. Bus stop close by to town centre or Maastricht. Lovely outside seating area with lots of shade.

That's a minor thing but a result of the age of the building. It was quite noisy specially when the above neighbours walked in their room

Room was outdated and poorly ventilated. there was a bad smell. When we checked in and arrived in the room there was a yellow residue in the toilet, so think someone had a wee before we arrived and didnt flush. Lobby, restaurant and breakfast were wonderful.

Better maintenance and inspection of the showers is needed - In our room, there were leaks from the shower cabin. Also, the receptionists better adopt a more customer-friendly approach. The room's acoustic insulation was poor.

The breakfast was pretty good and the fresh bread exceptional. Good variety, but no water was available and no skim milk.

The room was very small. No where to put cloths . No side tables car park get full quickly and then you have to park across the railway lines in a lay by type parking place

Somewhat old therefore furniture and interior of the rooms gives an older look. It was very warm during the days I stayed, and there was no air-conditioning. However, for cooler days, the comfort level is decent.

The room was HOT, no air conditioning, only a very small fan. The bathroom was very small, the water leaked onto the floor during a shower, and my reservation was for a double bed, yet I had 2 twins. The price was too high for the room I had.

The hotel is probably understaffed. The cleaning process was very strange. To make the front door lock work, you have to slam the door. It is inconvenient and loud. The building is well-audible, so future guests should take this into account and try not to make noise. And it was very stuffy.

A small hotel in a quiet part of the city. We had a small room, but we are small and this size was enough. The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, there is a safe. The staff is friendly and fulfilled all my requests.

The “double bed” was two singles pushed together with two single duvets, not even a double duvet.

The room was an ideal size, and the hotel is not too far of a walk from the town.

Waited more than 20 mins before someone came to the reception, no water boiler in the room which was not nice. The bathroom was a little out dated. Parking was full and it was not easy to find a place for the car outside the parking area. The restaurant was fully booked and we had to look elsewhere, it would have been nice if we had been given the chance to book a table.

The room was clean, close to the center of Valkenburg, about 15 mins walk. Has a nice outside terrace where you can relax and enjoy your drinks and food.

Staff were very friendly and helpful….the room was large, light and airy and we were very happy to also have a balcony. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Centrally located in the beautiful town of Valkenburg, the hotel offer good value for money. Nice breakfast!
