Being so excellent into the details, I would recommend that the use of paper cups to be avoided for the tea and coffee as its not so sustainable and not to handle. A better option either would be to opt a eco friendly mugs.

We loved everything !! The serene atmosphere, cozy rooms which were well maintained and the friendly staffs of-course !!

It is in the middle of nowhere. So if you don't have a vehicle, it will be tricky to get around. There are no restaurants or stores nearby. There could have been more on offer for breakfast. And the staff could show a bit more enthusiasm for guests.

The hotel is new, so everything is new. The room is quite spacious for a double room. More than the photos indicate. The bed is king-sized and slept comfortably. The hotel is also right across the Waterloopbos. It's 20 minutes to Giethoorn. It's a perfect base to explore the region.

Housekeeping knocked at the door at 8AM then three times between 11:15 - 11.25 to tell us that check out was at 11AM (complete with eyerolls), for which they charged me an extra $50. I understand I was a few minutes beyond the checkout time, but this behavior was excessive and unaccommodating.

There is very little in terms of reception area and other communal areas, this was definitely felt during peak check in/check out times and when waiting around the area. Missed a fridge, but that was stated in facilities.

Very nice room. For a junior suite it was quite basic. There is no fridge (as stated on the facilities section of the website) however it would really benefit from having one. Everything was clean, the restaurant was fantastic as was the service.

Fine hotel. Remotely located but if you need to be in the vicinity it is a great hotel to stay. It is located next to a nature reserve so you can go out for a nice stroll in the woods and fields en get some fresh air. I can recommend it. Breakfast is very complete with different styles of breakfast available. Good restaurant and bar in the evening. Rooms are clean and modern. Netflix and Youtube one TV available. Rooms are quiet and a comfortable bed. Will defintley stay here again when I'm visiting in the vicinity.

There are no real vegetarian options at the restaurant. Accept salad and soup its all meat

Very nice room with an actual dubble bed. The only road in is long and doesn't have lighting. There was ample parking. It was a very nice stay, especially for the price

Breakfast was a bit expensive for what you get (about 50€ for a family of 4) - so we skipped it.

The hotel room was clean and spacious - quiet with a nice balcony. Close to Giethoorn and other places of interest within 15-20 minutes drive. The shower is not separated by a door so we had to keep the entrance clear when one took a shower.

The dinner was expensive and I had to pay twice because they couldn’t see it in their system after 2 hours of the payment. Getting a refund took very long time and it was painful.

The bathroom door is glass. We traveled in big group. Some felt uneasy.

The rooms were comfort. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner is also recommended. If you look for a hotel to stop by before visit Giethoorn, this hotel is recommended.

There was an issue with putting meals and drinks on the room bill. The staff had been told by management not to do this. We sorted it , but did not need the hassle ,Also ,whilst the staff were OK, they seemed to be still learning the ropes , and spending time talking to each other , rather than serving the guests.
