The accommodation has served well for our purposes. Spacy cabin, well equipped, modern, great service. Situated well in comfortable distance from the city, still in nature.

settee uncomfortable and for a 6 people accommodation could do with more comfy seating. Also - barriers don't let your car into the accommodation area when returning late, meaning couldn't park outside our chalet one night. returning from Andre Rieu and there was one space left in the larger parking lot as other residents obviously had same problem.

Bed and pillows were not so good. Ventilation fresh air rooster was closed with screws in one bedroom (should never be closed). No containers to recycle waste. No proper showers in swimming pool (not allowed to use shampoo or soap).

Clean, neat and modern interior, nice furniture, curtains and art, lot of closets to store things, very nice! Big swimming pool. Quite close to Maastricht center. Heating worked well and fast.

Had to make beds on arrival, leave everything clean on departure. No towels were provided, had to pay a lot to rent (bad quality) towels. In house restaurant menu not great at all, and food also not great.

The only thing that I disliked was the fact that the gate was locked after 10pm so almost all nights we had to park our car outside. But I suppose these are the rules. Probably 11pm or midnight would be perfect.

The chalet we rented was amazing with all modern amenities and not a single centimeter of wasted space. We loved the place and look forward to staying there again.

Sending the 100 Euro deposit + the bedding fee over a bank account is not convenient, I would have prefered a more simpler payment via bank card.

The challet is well equipped, modern, cozy, very warm even in winter. Easy parking. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The booking process was difficult and stressful, having to fill-in forms and make extra payments via bank transfers before arrival, despite already paying on Booking in full. I'm still waiting for the "deposit" to be paid back. Eventually we were able to do these extra things on arrival, "as an exception". In my opinion, they should remove this extra friction to make the booking experience similar to all other places.

Nice modern houses, clean and well-equipped! Lovely staff at the reception. The location for visting Maastricht and Valkenburg is great, but there's not much to do at the park itself, at least in winter.

The most negative point for me was the mattress. It was too soft and sank in the middle. I have a sensitive back and that caused me a lot of discomfort when having to sleep. Not being able to drive in after 10pm! There was only 1 frying pan in the kitchen and it was warped. Some of the glass mugs were not clean- quite oily with a lot of fingerprints on it. Frying pan was also very oily. Looks like the previous guest did not use any dishwashing liquid to wash up. Not sure if the tent floor is mopped regularly but it could do with a good cleaning as it was a bit dusty.

Good Glamping concept. We had a TV, air-conditioner/heater and a really good shower. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean toilet & bathroom. Relatively well equipped kitchen, although the tents do not have a dishwasher.

Brand new little house. Everything is perfect clean. Everything you need is available. Very comfortable. It was very cold outside, but the heating is very efficient and fast. Ours kids loved it. Plenty of outdoor playground. New planted trees wil around houses wil give the privacy you need. Location is perfect just between Maastricht and Valkenburg. See you next time Europarcs!

We went in the winter so could not fully experience the park as many things were closed. The pool for example was closed but we got vouchers to the public pool close by. It was ok, but off course a different experience. Also, the house missed some basics like a hair dryer, which meant that both girls in the house could not wash their hair.

Nice small new house. Very well decorated which gave it a real sense of a comfy home. Could warm it up very quickly. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helped us getting tickets to the close attractions in Valkenburg.

Comfy, cosy cabin with very welcome air con (!) in a quiet location. Just a 10 min drive into Maastricht. Nice little restaurant on site with delightful staff - particularly a charming young man who served us a few nights on the trot. Will definitely go back.

Even though they provided each cabin with liquid to wash the dishes there was no shampoo neither soap. I think that it would be way more useful to provide these instead of box of sweets which of dubious flavour. Further, the fact that you need to pay extra for towels is also quite inconvenient. The biggest downside was lack of possibility to even borrow a hairdryer, which is lethal when the temperature is low. On the positive note the accomodation was very well maintained and clean, staff was also helpful and friendly.

The place is very nice, cozy and clean. Our stay was in February and the place was very quite and calm. We were at Palisade 4 and was perfect. Very close to Maastricht.

Following Andre Rieu concert we arrived back at the site 12 30am, barriers could not be open so had to put my 85 yr old father in a wheelchair to get to the chalet - this should be improved.

no bar no eating facility’s not told so did not take any food no supermarket after. five pm got there after five so starved the first night no were to get a drink could not get past the barrier because we were late so could not pay the bedding and other costs no pay no entry would not recommend this site??
