The rooms were fantastic, excellent leisure facility and the gardens and surrounding environment were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and the kitchen area offered a free coffee machine.

It was better than I expected! The houses are wonderful, very beautiful, cozy and quiet. If you want to run away from the city and enjoy sounds of nature, this is the right place to go. Everything was just absolutely gorgeous, I could write an essay right now, but I think the best if you will try it for yourself.

The surroundings are very green and quiet. The room is huge with great windows making the room full of sunshine. The bathroom is also large and modern. The pool and the sauna exceeded our expectations and with all the glass walls it feels like you are swimming in nature. There is complementary coffee and tea during your stay and the breakfast was also nice.

No large bath towels. No satellite TV stations for English speaking guests.

Tasteful decor and artistic touches. Beautiful views from windows. Large spacious room with two armchairs and large wide bed. Excellent large bathroom with walk in shower. Lovely dining room with excellent choices for breakfast. Breakfast served by an efficient and friendly cook and housekeeper. Peaceful and beautiful location. Everything of the highest standard.

For me the breakfast was a bit early, and served until 930. But maybe this I’d because I like to sleep in when on holiday. :)

The alpacas made the stay really fun and unique. The indoor swimming pool and sauna was very relaxing and as if it was our own private facilities. The staff were also super friendly and accommodating. They made a big effort to make us feel comfortable and for our stay to be special. :) I would definitely recommend the hotel and the area, which is many nature trails and towns close by to explore.

Lovely & quiet area, as you enter the drive, you pass the Alpacas, and the very nice B & B to your left, we stayed in the room with the balcony, everything is very well presented, we didn't use the pool or sauna, as we just needed to find a restaurant, the owner recommended Pelle's closeby in Deurningen, & it was fantastic (164 beers) & the most flavoursome food I've had in a long time, back to Erve Grootenhuys.you can help yourself to free tea & coffee, and there is also snacks & cold drinks available at a very reasonable price, just write down what you have, & pay before you leave. The room was brilliant, 2 arm chairs, desk & chair, flat screen tv, 2 very comfortable beds & a really nice bathroom with walk in shower, automatic lighting too.. great for the late night visits .. a very nice stay.. thank you.

nothing. the only reason we do not always stay here 4 or 5 times a year is that it is usually booked up or a tad above budget.

We are a returning guest and we love everything here. the location, the rooms, the small scale, the friendly welcome by the owner, the alpaca's, the breakfast etc.
