The available grill is not well equipped and not friendly to use. For this, we were not able to arrange a BBQ in that nice terrace.

Calme, secure compound with parking spot available for each unit. The unit is well equipped, and you can cook and spend nice evening on the terrace.

Individual villa catering to our family (2adults& 2 kids) was exceptional. Very clean & well furnished. Placement is 5 minutes to the famous tulip gardens and 7 minutes to the beach & sea-side restaurants . People at the reception were very communicative. Excellent place to stay!

The furniture in the bedrooms is not great, bed in downstairs bedroom in a strange position(too big) and the door doesn’t open properly , upstairs bedrooms with ugly furniture quite messy and not cozy.

There was no bedside lamp. You switch off the ceiling light, you're in complete darkness and cannot find your way to the bed. Or you need the toilet in the middle of the night and in complete darkness, can't find your way to the light switch in a strange bedroom. Some segregated bins (one for cardboard, one for bottles, etc) in the apartment for recycling please. Just one large communal recycling bin for the whole holiday park is inconvenient. You have to pay a deposit (€300) and a local tax (€22.50) before they release the keys to you. I can understand the deposit, but I don't understand why the local tax was not included in the original quote for the rental.

I would like more thoughtful facilities, like a simple chair and clothes hooks in some of the bedrooms. My flight was delayed and they handled the deposit and key collection via email very promptly and efficiently. I also liked its proximity by car to Schipol airport, Amsterdam, Den Haag, The Delft, Scheveningen and Leiden.

We kept bumping into the slanted roofs in the bedrooms and the beds kept shifting when i turned in bed giving me the feeling i would fall.

The appliances, thermostat need instructions. some kitchen items were lacking- no spatula for example. The light in the laundry room was not operating.

It did not come with some equipment like a hairdryer. We only got 2 rolls of toiletpaper for 3 people for 12 days. No dishwasher soap, only 2 small garbage bags for 12 days. There is no public transportation close by, you need a car.

The property (villa comfort 60) I was assigned was not nice at all, poorly furnished and uncozy, definitely not worth the price I payed , the bedrooms where tiny with very low ceiling on one side, impossible to stand up straight

The beds were truly awful. They sunk in the middle and we all had really bad backs sleeping on them the entire week. Also rooms were very small, no headboards as shown in the pictures and scuff marks/holes in the wall. It shouldn't be called a superior villa. It was just ordinary. TV also very slow just to change channelsand couldn't access Netflix or Prime Video. The location though was just down the road from the beach so that was the best part. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ultimately though I wouldn't return.

The property was not up to standard in cleanliness, dirty windows, skirting board, stair rail. There was barely enough utensils for a family of four. There were ants in the lounge. Bedroom 2 and 3 were very cramped with very little storage.
