There was only one chair in the room, although it was designed for three people.

This small hotel is conveniently located, we found it right away. Very friendly staff.

There was noise throughout the night. People coming and going from 2 am till 5 am.

The location was good. The room was nice and clean. The area is good. There is a park nearby for the dog.

Not the cleanest hotel around. Wires exposed where light should be fitted.

Last minute booking for 1 night, the hotel was fast and flexible with the service. Beds were clean.

Toilet roll was not replenished we ran out. One towel had large hole in it. The street was really noisy till late there was a week long festival on. Painting is required in much of hotel. Cleaners only came in one day out of four

Dirty, most of the times there is no one at the reception. We had to request to clean our room. Coffe and tea were not loaded everyday as well as toilet paper.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, did what I needed it to. The communication between myself and the staff when I realised I had made a mistake on booking was very good and very quick to reply.

The staff were very nice and the location to get to other places was brilliant.

The room looked old and dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned properly there were hair and stains everywhere. There was a lot of noise from People shouting during the evening and night that we felt unsafe. This “hotel” is more a youth hostel definitely not a place to take your children.

The location is very nice close to the center of Santpoort.

Our stay was only for one night of our visit planned 5 nights. Unfortunately we found it to be unsatisfactory. Our bed sheets were stained, towels had make up stains still on them (not from our stay) we had a single pedestal fan for a family of 4. Overall we found it to be dirty and did not feel safe and secure our stay. We would not recommend and were glad for the refund.

Disgusting room. Not clean. Smelly. Sticky and dusty. I don't think it is cleaned often regardless of people moving in and out. Bathroom STUNK. I was worried about bed bugs and mice but didn't see any as far as I know. I would never stay here again and if I wasn't in a bind I would've left that night. No phone to call front desk. Not really a front desk. No staff presence. You fend for yourself in a grimy dirty place. Smells like cigarettes and weed.

Trudy was very friendly and she was the only redeeming quality of this "hotel", and location was great

The room smelled like cigarettes, we tried opening the window but then the mosquitoes started coming in. It is super far from Haarlem city center and it is beside a road so at night motorcycles passing were waking us up. The Breakfast was not included even though it said so in Booking. The neighbors were fighting and shouting all night so we were awakened by them and a bit scared as well.

Mouse in the room. We were awoken at 5am by a mouse going through our bags. When we shined lights on it, it ran across the coffee machine, onto the floor, then out of the room under the gap under the door. Management were dismissive and non-responsive to complaints. We could not sleep after that happened, so we just left at 6am. Hotel was obscenely expensive (King’s Day weekend), so we did not expect that it would have a mouse in the room.

The town was nice and quiet.
