The room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the train station just a few minutes’ walk away. From there, it’s only a 7-minute ride to the city center. The property is simple and feels more like a motel than a hotel, and the walls are not very soundproof. Still, it’s a good choice for a short stay of one or two nights.

The noise of other rooms slamming shut when people were arriving late was quite loud. The room has a kettle but no coffee or tea.

The staff were nice and friendly. The room was small and basic but clean. The hotel has free parking, and there is a direct train from a station 10 minutes away which brings you to Amsterdam in 15 minutes and it goes twice per hour. There is no air-conditioning but there is a large fan.

Splitted bed was uncomfortable for sleeping as a couple, as they were not connected. But in general it worked anyway

Relatively close to the Amsterdam central station, basically 30 minutes and you are there. Also the location around is picturesque — lakes, small houses, bridges. And a lot of airplanes flying above in the sky to land. Also it is close to Haarlem, which I recommend to visit.

It's a simple and small room with not many facilities such as a water kettle or hand soap etc.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, and they let us check in early. Only 10min walking to the train station and there's a bus stop right outside the door

I did not like the bed - it was a two bed just close to each other, and my matrass was of worse quality than of my partners :) It would be nice to have a hand soap/gel too and a separate towel for face.

I like the bus stop next to the hotel the most. And, of course, the friendliness of the hotel stuff. The room was quite simply equipped but clean.

A little tea/coffee station would have been nice in the room and maybe some bottled water. Only 1 towel each given when staying but housekeeping dropped in fresh ones each day of our stay which was a nice touch.

Perfect place to stay if wanting to do Amsterdam on a budget. Ideal location for public transport as there is a bus stop directly outside the front door of the property or alternatively there is a train less than 10 minutes walk ago that will bring you from the airport and also straight into Amsterdam Central.

Good price for a reasonable option near Amsterdam. Free parking and public transport stop next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help and give advice.

Discovered the first night that one of the windows didn’t close properly, told it to the staff. They said they would take a look. However, the window was the same for our entire stay. Luckily it wasn’t too cold outside.

It’s value for money as all the properties directly in Amsterdam are incredibly expensive. This is a quiet town just 2 train stops from Amsterdam zentraal station and we actually liked the commute every day.

We came here for Kingsday-Weekend and everything was great. The check-in was very quick and smooth, we‘ve had a quiet and cozy room, everything was clean and we got fresh towels every morning.

Some bugs entered the room when we left the window open, that's not an issue with the hotel, but a mosquito net would work really well

Simple and cozy room with bathroom. Personnel was very friendly and kind. To the nearest train station it was about 10 minutes and another 10 minutes to the centre of Amsterdam.

Fire alarm kept going off for no apparent reason. Breakfast was really basic too at an extra 12 euros so probably better to eat out.

Good location within easy reach of Amsterdam and other places of interest. Very clean although facilities were basic. It would have been a good touch to have tea and coffee facilities; good as a base to explore. Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff.

This hotel is very clean.Staff was very friendly. Good conection with Amsterdam, bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. Beds are very comfortable. Big parking, we could leave the car on the next day too.
