We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We didn’t actually stay at the townhouse, we were moved to another hotel called ITC which was opposite, the room itself was clean an tidy, the bed was amazing!!! Such a comfy mattress, lovely duvet cover, I didn’t wanna leave :( the room didn’t have any tea making facilities which was abit of a let down but the bed made up for it!

Location was great, lovely comfy cosy room and bed, good shower and the room was clean, had a TV on the wall with access to Netflix etc

United KingdomWhen we were given the room initially the member of staff said in passing that there is another room free tomorrow if we are not happy with to room provided. Which hinted that the staff knew the room was not good. Following two nights at the hotel we finally gave up with the mosquitoes and asked for a different room. By this point we were both covered in bits. When I told the receptionist the reason for wanting to move they cut me off mid sentence and said that they are aware of the problem. This lead me to believe that this is a common complaint from guests which makes me wonder why they are still putting people in that room. Once we moved the room was great. So thank you to the hotel for the service.
Perfect location. Friendly staff. Staff changed our room after two nights due to mosquitoes in the room with the windmill wall sticker.

United KingdomThe room could have been cleaner, especially the floor. The bed I slept on next to the window kept sloping towards the floor due to an un-level surface. It would've been nice to have a fridge to store milk to be able to enjoy the tea which was in the room.
