Marielise was exceptionally attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The location was ideal, with everything we needed close by, making it a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. We even received a little doggy welcome package for our dog which was a lovely touch.

Absolutely nothing!

The appartement is right in the city center and only a few minutes walk from the station. What makes your stay here is not the brilliant location, it is the owner who goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. There’s fresh flowers, snacks, drinks, toiletries, magazines and anything else you can imagine to make your stay comfortable. We travel quite a bit and can truly say this place is a gem!

The hosts were very helpful and generous in every way and the facilities were just what we needed. The apartment is very close to the train station, which conveniently connects you to Amsterdam and other major cities. The neighbourhood was very quiet, which made for a good night's sleep, and we were provided with ample food for breakfast.

Breakfast was not actually included but the host provided a wide selection of breakfast items. So many different choices in the fridge of juices and different beers and snacks to choose from throughout the stay. Amazing! So many thoughtful touches throughout the property. The host has thought of everything!

There is nothing we could complain about. Just one recommendation for further stays, when we were not in the room and came back we notice that someone came in to bring some stuff, a little message to let us know about that would have been great.

Darley was such an excellent host, he gave us good recommendations and lend cards for using the public transport (which when she received the bill, forward to us and we payed later) so we could directly in the trains without any hassles. The mini fridge was full with a wide selection of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks and breakfast for the next day, and large selection of coffee tablets. We had a wonderful stay.

What an amazing little gem; right in the middle of Hilversum, near motorway and train station. Lovely hostess and an amazingly well stocked fridge with lots of goodies. Would definitely recommend and go back.

A beautiful, warm, and cozy place! You will find nice and welcoming rooms, books on art and the Netherlands, two bicycles waiting for you to explore the wonderful nature and surrounding, a well-equipped kitchen, and a wonderful host in the center of Hilversum. I highly recommend a stay at Darley´s!

We had a wonderful stay at Darley’s in Hilversum! Marlies is a so lovely host and took care of us and every question we had. The room was super cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Even the fridge was packed with fresh groceries! We will definitely return to darleys and will stay again in the beautiful appartment!

An airy, light, elegant, and well designed apartment in the center of Hilversum, yet on a quiet street and a very short walk to shops, great food, and the train station (20 minutes from Amsterdam). We were greeted with lit candles and classical music. The bikes were perfect for a ride through town and beyond - the city is surrounded by forests and is very close by dedicated bike paths to other towns. The apartment was fully stocked with food - beyond expectations! Plenty of books and maps to help us learn more about the area and the country. Best of all were our hosts Marielise and her husband, who went out of their way to enhance our visit with thoughtful recommendations, information, and great conversation. We were there only 3 nights but felt like we made new friends!

Flowers, live plants, plenty of food, kitchen stuff, bathroom amenities, super comfy luxurious bed, quiet location very close to everything, and the charming lady who gives you really warm welcome.

This is a little apartment with separate bedroom, living room, and bathroom (shower, no bath). While breakfast is not included, it does include a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of food that’s already included in the price. For the taller people: the shower head can move up to be useful even for people well over 2.10m / 7’. The Bed is long enough for my 1.94m / 6’4”. It’s right in the center of town, so there are plenty of places to eat (and drink) around the corner. There are also two supermarkets very close by.
