Two single beds in the room were excellent, nice big size and comfortable. Parking garage connected to the hotel is also great. Nice location next to the Maas and city center. Staff very friendly.

The view from the room was poor. TV quality wasn't great. Additional fees was alot.

The breakfast was good. Especially because you can sit outside. Staff were friendly and helpful - as there were a mix up of rooms.

The ice machines on each floor were broken and unusable had to go to the bar on ground floor for ice. We didn’t realise the city tax was an added extra at the end of the stay which gave us a surprise, this could have been explained to us at checkin and maybe should be added in the room rate when booking. This incurred a fee on my Mastercard which was used as a holding fee, it was however reversed but still incurred a fee.

The room never seemed to be dusted. Was clean on arrival but during our stay, housekeeping tend to not dust. The coffee cup was not changed either. I only had a drink one morning so it was no big deal but they never changed it. I also came back one day and caught a young cleaning lad smelling my perfumes lol. Luckily I didn't mind.

Staff were really friendly. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed exploring the main town then heading back over the bridge for a drink or 2 outside looking over the river.

Not entirely clear that I needed to go to the reception first before trying to park my car in the nearby shared car park. Maybe this could be pointed out at the time of booking the room, to avoid any confusion.

Great room, excellent air conditioning (much needed in the hot weather), and a really good location close to the town and the river.

Room was great but on first entering smelt feisty, I even thought it was a smokers room. The smell however disappated over a few hours and was all good in the end. Maybe it was the sustained hot weather this can put down to.....

Breakfast staff amazing and attentive. Reception staff pleasant, but could have offered a map and explained a few location points.

The location is just across the river from the centre of Maastricht and within walking distance of the main railway station.

Breakfast far too expensive - we ate out at a nice little coffee lounge facing the hotel for half the price. Long wait when checking in - nearly 20 minutes. English channels on tv not always available - variable signal. Not impressed by having to pay to use the room safe.

Central location, & next to the river. Staff were pleasant. Clean, with an attractive dining area. Comfortable beds. Efficient lifts. Room temperature just right during a heatwave.

Overpriced, no hot water in shower. When we reported this the lady at reception tops us that we should have reported it the moment it happened. For a hotel at that price point I would have expected an offer to take a drink off the bar tab or not charge us for parking, but it was obvious that it would be pointless to even bring that up. Other than that, it was fine.

Breakfast is somewhat disorganized. Personell tries, but there is confusion when it comes to getting the client to a table and then getting them their coffee or tea. We typically had to ask for coffee or tea and then had to wait quite a bit. The first thing you really want is a drink and not food! However, there is plenty of choice in food and drinks.

Check in / check out was smooth although they could have at least two receptionists working instead of just one.
