Stylish and incredibly comfortable boutique hotel on a quiet street in Maastricht. Loved the music touch in the room, the bed and all the amenities - Aesop, Dyson, high quality towels. The breakfast is preset but the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, we appreciated it! We will only be staying here going forward.

Everything - fabulous experience. Very modern, very lovely/ fancy hand wash & shampoo etc. Bed incredibly comfortable and HUGE, brilliant touch with the vinyl player. Staff were perfect, breakfast was fantastic!

Welcome from Joe the owner was lovely with free drink. Great location in the heart of Maastricht with parking if required. A really unique building architecturally which was spotless and brilliantly set out by the proprietors with a great mix of practicality and high end trend.

Central location. Very interesting rooms, themed and furnished to a high standard. Very secure parking. Very important when you have a car very high on the car thieves hit list. Also walking distance to our favourite restaurant Le Fernond.

The hotel was cosy and comfortable, with exquisite design. Located in a very quiet street but 2 minutes walking distance from Vrijthof. The beds were very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

Remarkable rooms, decorated in a tasteful, fancy yet slightly unusual style. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is nice and cozy with fresh made food. Parking a in my opinion a bit overpriced, but well, apparently that is the going rate in Maastricht.

I can't come up with anything that we didn't like.

From entering the hotel until leaving the next day the service was great. I had a job the day after my stay and could leave the car on the parking of the hotel for the day. The breakfast was perfect!

such a cool little hotel! the whole concept and story behind it adds a lot to the experience, the Cousins and the staff are really friendly and super helpful, and the room was one of the coolest I’ve ever been to! and the bed! so comfy and huge! if I’m ever back in town I will choose this place again for sure! the breakfast was also delicious, truly a 10/10 experience

Some noise from street & above - solved with ear plugs!

We loved our 2 night stay in this comfortable and stylish boutique hotel. As other reviewers have mentioned, the attention to service and detail here is exceptional. We were guided to our secure parking spot (extra charge) and bags were taken to the room whilst we were checked in with a complimentary glass of Prosecco & chocolate, and the history of the hotel was explained to us. We had booked a standard room but were upgraded to a deluxe room with bath. The room was "Rose" and had the wow factor; spacious with beautiful decor, huge bed, TV with Apple TV, bath in room and separate shower, high end toiletries & Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso machine & fridge. My only minor negative would be that "Rose" room is ground floor and at the front so a bit noisy from street plus guests above - luckily I only travel With ear plugs!

Cousins was the perfect boutique hotel--interestingly decorated, plenty of space, excellent and imaginative breakfasts and friendly and attentive staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was central but off the main road and a very quiet road.
