Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PolandThe only struggle was the front entrance door - it's somehow a bit difficult to open it from the outside the first time. I was helped by a person leaving, as they opened the door from the inside. During my stay, I witnessed other guests struggling with the door several times upon my return to the hotel, and I took my turn to offer them help. It was not an issue big enough to affect my rating in any way - just an observation as I was not the only person facing this issue.
The cabins are quite spacious - there was a pretty large space next to a bed where I could conveniently store my large suitcase. There were also several large shelves and a long clothes rack with hangers and hooks. The cabin came with 4 towels and 2 dressing gowns. The space next to the bed was over 2m tall, allowing me to stand and move with no issues. The door are fitted with a floor-to-ceiling mirror, which visually doubles the space. The bed was huge and very comfortable - even when sitting up, I still had some overhead space available. Along the walls there were lights and speakers which could be controlled via a smartphone app to create ambience. The showers and toilets were spacious, very functional and extremely clean.. The toiletrees such as shower gel, shampoo and even body lotion were provided. In the corridors, there was as much daylight provided as possible - there were many spots with glass walls and/or ceiling. The decor was tasteful and modern. The reception desk at the hotel was available 24/7 - all the hosts were helpful and pleasant. Additionally, there was a super easy self-check-in and check-out option available. On the final day of my stay, I was able to store my suitcase in a locker after check-out, and I collected it in the evening. The hotel is located at a very lively street filled with restaurants - the area felt safe. I couldn't hear any street noise inside the hotel or in my cabin - it was quiet. From Rotterdam Centraal it's best to get on tram no. 8 towards Spangen. The tram stop Museumpark is about 50 metres from the hotel.

Very novel idea worth your money if all you're after is a place to crash at after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The bathroom/shower facilities were also good. Bluetooth speakers take the cake!

United KingdomIn the lower pod the ceiling above is solid and not padded. We both bumped our heads when bending to reach our bags. Something to be mindful of if you pick a bottom bunk.
CityHub Rotterdam was a unique and clever base. We chose a lower pod with a very large and comfortable bed, good headroom to sit up, and plenty of space for bags. Bathrooms and toilets were spotless with strong water pressure, and there were body wash, shampoo and conditioner in every stall plus hand soap and moisturiser at the sinks. We never had to wait for facilities. The ground floor has a big communal area with reliable Wi Fi, secure lockers and a handy self service kitchen. The wristband system made it easy to buy coffee, pour beer and use the vending machine at fair prices. The host was welcoming, answered questions with a smile and brought us a fan on request. Calm, quiet vibe and good value in a central location.

You're not in danger of losing your key with this place's innovative system. Overall it was much quieter at night than expected so no trouble sleeping. Shared facilities presented no issues for stoma bag changing as the shower stalls have adequate shelving.

The only thing is that it was quite chilly in the room and the corridors - so bring warm pajamas. The staff is super helpful and friendly and location couldn't be better!
