4th floor room, only stairs (was fine for a day, having brought suitcases would have complicated things). The parking around the property was very expensive, some parkings in the area (ca 10 min Walk) were reasonable.

This is probably the best city apartment we have stayed in during all our travels around Europe. It is a beautiful and stylish hotel in an excellent location for exploring the historic heart of Maastricht. There are many restaurants and coffee shops only a very short walk away including the Bisschopsmolen Bakery. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, sharing tips for new visitors to this beautiful city.

No fridge, iron, or ironing board in room- there is an iron and ironing board available on ground floor, but one would either have to trudge it up the stairs (was on 3rd floor) or bring clothes down to iron in public entryway. Communication before arrival wasn't great- when booking, on both the site and the confirmation email it said to contact the facility for late check-in. When I contacted them I got a rather curt response saying their check in is latest 8pm and I should have read that before booking (I did).

Location is excellent, very cute area and close to the Onze Lieve Vrouw square with beautiful church and lots of dining. Also super close to old city walls and the picturesque city gate. Room very spacious and comfortable, big bed, a small couch/large chair, and big bathroom, including toiletries and bathrobes.

There is no air conditioner but the room had two fans and the windows open to allow fresh air in so that was fine. Understandably old buildings can’t always accommodate air conditioning.

The location for exploring Maastricht on foot was excellent. The room was comfortable and perfect for a short two night stay.

The difficulty of parking nearby. Difficult to use parking machines, one of which was broken. The machines didn't accept my debit card.

A historic building with helpful staff. They found me change for the second day parking. The breakfast was excellent 👌 A sumptuous room, very comfortable.

Host was very hospitable. It was my daughter’s 21st and they decorated the room and at breakfast she was surprised with pancakes with a little candle. Very thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious

Wonderful position, next to the city center. The parking is on the street no more than 2 minutes by walking. The owners are really nice and welcoming and the room was nice. The breakfast was good! It's perfect for a 2 days in Maastricht, as the hotel is in the city center and you can be in a few minutes everywhere.

Everything! Hotel staff were so lovely and supportive! They could be the example of hospitality! The hotel itself was super nice and cozy, bright and warm. The location was great, with all the main attractions in 10 min walking distance. Also, cute cafés in the neighborhood. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Lots of stairs, and that one beam that I hit my head on twice. The shower was appropriate, but I'd recommend setting up a different shower door. The one we had ended up making a huge mess, with water all over the bathroom floor.

The room. It was super spacious, and perfect for our large family. The TV was a nice touch, and the baby bed was also great to have. I didnt think to ask about this, but having a small fridge would have made a huge difference too, to keep milk cold for the kids.

The location is excellent. You can walk everywhere. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The hospitality of the owner and her daughter was comforting. It felt like home.

Stairs are very steep due to the nature / age of the building. Those with limited mobility beware. Shower was awkward for me being well over six feet tall. Towels weren't up to much but adequate.

Very cosy room in a small hotel. The hotel was beautifully maintained and very close to all of the facilities on offer in Masstricht. Very much worth a visit.
