The food wasn’t great for the prices they charged especially the fries restaurant. My son had nuggets and they weren’t edible they were rock hard.

I understand that the houses are within the nature and there can be flies and stuff but it is not good to see spiderwebs in the corners of some rooms. We will come here to stay in 2 weeks again so there is nothing to change my plan but they really should be more carefull about this. another thing is the ergonomy of the bracelets they give, it is really difficult to open the gates with these...

It is important to assess the facility according to the purpose of stay. For us, it was important to close to our event area and have a comfortable stay. But many people come here for a holiday so this is another perspective. The houses are actually better than they look on the photos, the rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is nice, the bathroom is quite big and the amenities are better than my expectation. The supermarket within the facility is quite good, we didnt need to go to another one, the product variety is very smartly selected.

The slides were shut for 3 consecutive days, the outside pool was shut for 3 consecutive days. We paid to visit Het Meetdal - their pool was shut and they were compensated daily for this.

Location is nice - it is boosted by the fact that there is another Center parcs (Het Meerdal) within 5 minutes drive and you can pay a reduced day rate to visit

Slow service at the grand cafe, regularly waited 15 mins for service. Stomach bug maybe from the pool or restaurant affected 3 of our party

Quiet location, nice grounds to walk around, friendly staff although service was slow in the bar area/grand Cafe.

There were not many indoor activities and the central building is relatively small compared to other Center Parcs. The restaurant called Grand Cafe served the worst pizza we ate, which the dining cost 70 Euro for 3 people. The cottage garden door was defective and a wooden stick had to be manually stuck to function as a lock. Reported repeatedly but was kindly told "It's what it's".

Facilities were clean and well maintained (except the garden door). The furniture and kitchen utensils were clean and recently renovated. The pool facility was nice but medium size.

Food choices are very limited, especially in the part of healthy food. Restaurants seem short-staffed as we had to wait for more than an hour in the evening on Friday. The water park opens only at 10 which is quite late for us with a kid. Besides there is just one big slide in the water park that is too few for the amount of people there.

Very green and quiet area, the water park is good, convenient bike renting, several nice playgrounds.

The cottage was not very clean - we found dust, sand and dead insects on the floor). It is asken to park in the nearest parking lot, but all close ones were full all the time. Together with duvets, they could provide a bath rug - our bathroom was wet all the time.

Really liked the fact that our cottage was rounded by nature. It was calming and relaxing. Beds were comfy and everything was working just fine. I haven't used any of the amenities (as lasertag,pool and so on) but it offers several activities. Two (of three) bedrooms were too small, but this is what was expected.

Had no Lights in Lounge and bedrooms, No TV (someone had cut power cord!!!-Which must have tripped the lights and Ca;ifont!!) and No heat or hot water!!!! BUT. A quick response after sending text to Whats App. And lights and TV fixed. We turned the Heating system and Temperature on in Shed outside as we did not need at the start!!!!

Food choice in restaurants wasn’t great, quite confusing trying to book a reservation Didn’t find the shop for 2 days, but wasnt looking for it. Plenty of food choices from the shop if your happy to do a bit of self catering.

Great location for an event we where visiting, would be great for families not over developed plenty of nature on the park. Plenty of dogs on site. We didn’t use many of the amenities as not the primary reason for the stay.

The hygiene

Nothing. The dirtiest place to stay I’ve ever been. Not recommended!

The bungalows could be much cleaner. On arrival, I had to wipe down bed headboards, shelving, table and all were filthy. The bathroom and kitchen didn't seem to be any better. Whilst I understand there are many bungalows, it doesn't seem that the cleanliness is up to scratch. The rooms were much smaller than expected. Not idea if you have small children.

The location was excellent. There was loads to do with the children. The swimming pools were great. We loved the farm, safari cars and bikes, the arcade etc. The kitchen was equipped, which was helpful. There was enough parking which was convenient. The bracelets were a great idea, not having to look for keys and able to use them to get into the aqua mundo and lockers.

Beautiful lodge right in the nature. So comfortable stay. Great restaurant. Plenty of walking area.
