    Breakfast was okay.

    Parking was very expensive when I booked it said free parking. The hotel is rundown, it looks like it was build in the war and has not been renovated. The room is really small. The bed was terrible, impossible to sleep on it, moving was to much. The tv was useless, tried watching a movie via YouTube, because it nog even have netflix or something like that, but it wouldn’t let me, it kept switching back to cable TV.

    The location

    We booked a three-night stay at the hotel, which turned out to be old and outdated. We reserved a cozy room based on the photos, but upon arrival, we were disappointed. The room was poorly furnished, small, and the bed was squeezed between the wall and the window, with narrow shelves on either side. Climbing into bed required maneuvering through a couch at the foot. The bathroom was also cramped. Additionally, the room had a musty smell and was very dirty, with visible dust on the bed frame and shelves, indicating it hadn't been cleaned in months. Despite requesting housekeeping twice, no one serviced the room during our stay, and the receptionist responded that they couldn't guarantee it would be done. The hotel restaurant was similarly unkempt, offering a below-average breakfast with limited choices. Overall, we were relieved to leave and would not recommend this hotel.

We are very sorry that your request for cleaning was not followed up on. Regarding the style of the hotel: the building was constructed in 1965, which is reflected in its appearance. However, this does not detract from the fact that we are continuously working to renovate our rooms — these have recently been refurbished with a focus on comfort and functionality.     A couple of minutes walk to railway station with quick access to Amsterdam. We had a loft apartment which had a great view and beds upstairs and living room downstairs. Every loft might be a bit different, but this layout (K2) was great for us - separate beds and a WC for teenagers upstairs and another full bathroom for all downstairs.

    Noise cancellation at least between the rooms was not the best and one night a bit suffered from noise next door. It shows to some extent that it is not a new building - the rooms are modern, though.

    The location was good and the room was clean

    The lobby was so ugly and old, maybe it affects you when you come in. I wouldn’t book the room with sea view again because it had just a side view of sea. Maybe back of the building has better view. The staff was not so friendly, i asked them to change my room but they told me it is fully booked, how ever on their website i found some available with lower price.

    Right on the beach promenade, a high rise building offering rooms with a terrace. Paying more for a sea view is a must. Train station 150 meters, Amsterdam in about 30 minutes.

    We stayed at this hotel recently and experienced bed bug bites after spending the night. The next day we developed dozens of itchy red marks, which were later confirmed to be consistent with bed bug bites. This is a serious health and hygiene issue. We are very disappointed, as we expected much higher standards of cleanliness and pest control. We've had to disinfect our luggage, wash all our clothes, and inspect our home and car to make sure we didn’t bring the infestation with us. Our room was in 8 floor, first room on the right from the elevator.
