The only "bad" thing is the room needs some renovation, the rest is just fine.

Great place, in the very center of the town. The bar is downstairs, open until midnight, with local beers. Staff is super friendly. Church bell is not too badly ringing, nice surrounding. You can park your car for free just few steps aside on a street.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special, nothing to choose to vary a bit when staying multiple days. Staff was not unfriendly but there is room for improvement. All in all, a good experience but don't come here expecting famous Limburgian hospitality.

Nice and comfortable B&B. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Easy free parking very close. Nice restaurant next to the B&B for diner & drinks. Excellent location for Eijsden.

Beautiful town, cosy room and hotel decor. Adjoining pub made it easy to have a drink. Dion and owner DJ were both great, easy going and pleasant. Super experience overall

Nice location is a quiet square (apart from the church bells ringing), with an affiliated restaurant. Our family room with two double beds was perfect. The breakfast was all ready on our table for us and consisted of everything one could possibly want for breakfast - and more! Excellent breakfast! We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

The breakfast is at 08.15 (as I found out at 07.30) and not 07.30 (as I was told the previous evening) (I wanted an early start). Only margarine was available, and not butter (in Limburg!). There was no fresh milk offered for breakfast. I didn't see any menu being offered in the cafe - worth checking if you need an evening meal. Also, the fridge in the room was broken - I reported this so I would think it would be solved by now.

Neat, clean and tidy. Has a bath and a shower. Quiet. Coffee and tea available in the room. And there's a good cafe-bar next door that's also part of the same hotel. My bicycle could be safely stored in the garage

Probably the best breakfast I had ever in a hotel, not only beautifully presented, but the variety, quality, simply amazing. I liked the room very much. The area is quite nice and there are a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I parked very close to the hotel 300 meters maximum and for free in a quiet street. It's closed to a church but I could sleep very well.

Really far from clean room. Long hair and dust on the floor so it was not really cleaned before your arrival. Only one pair of earplugs available for a couple (close to the church with the bell)

Good stay. Close to Maastricht, reasonable price, flexible arrangements. Very nice and kind person helping with the breakfast. Parking near by. Grocery shop near by.

The people here were so friendly and accommodating The room was lovely and clean . Comfy beds . Lovely shower . The breakfast was the best we have ever had . The most special thing was the people that run the place. A father and son . The son showed us in and was very friendly . We had a very long drive from England … We felt very relaxed and welcome. We went to the bar and my children (10 and 11 yrs old) felt very welcome too. They spoke good English . In the morning the breakfast and how it was presented was fabulous. The owner (father) was ever so friendly and we enjoyed talking to him and my children did also. We would so reccomend this place as a stop over or if you are looking around this area. I had a great little run in the morning .

The room was excellent, spacious and even had coffee and tea facilities. Staff very friendly and next to the B&B is a restaurant, great food and nice staff. Breakfast was truly great, real treat! We were just passing through on our journey, will be stopping here again in the future!
