    La ubicación me pareció bien. El desayuno no estaba incluido en la reserva y si quería desayunar lo tenía que avisar el día de antes y me pareció un poco caro.

The continental breakfast buffet, featuring a selection of fresh and high-quality products, offers excellent value for money.     La ubicación del hotel y las habitaciones.

    No disponen de zona de desayuno o cena, tienes que salir del hotel o encargarlo para que te lo suban a la habitación.

    Magnifícamente decorado, camas comodísimas, acogedor, máquina nespresso en la habitación, personal amable y máquina de café y chocolate disponible hasta las 21:30 en recepción. Kitchenette en la habitación.

    No tiene ascensor.

    Tranquilidad, limpieza , cama súper cómoda,... y muy útil la pequeña cocina, con nevera, horno, fregadero y cafetera nespreso con surtido de cápsulas e infusiones

    Si tienes dificultades de movilidad o maletas pesadas puede ser un problema al no tener ascensor y escaleras empinadas aunque lo cierto es que avisan por si es necesario te acomodan en la planta baja

    Espectacular en todos los sentidos, nos alojamos en un habitación con vistas al canal y desayuno incluido, que es abundante, aún así, a mayores en la nevera tienes cosas para comer y beber de cortesía, la habitación era grande y luminosa. Fuimos a primeros de Diciembre y estábamos en negativo cuando llegamos la habitación estaba con la calefacción encendida. Se ve que el hotel es nuevo y la gente muy atenta, esta en una zona tranquila a pesar que Leiden es zona universitaria, el hotel esta relativamente cerca de todo.

    Todo excelente y muy nuevo. Solo recomendar, poner a disposición del cliente alguna almohada mas fina pues son muy nuevas y muy gruesas. Son para dormir sentado. Y para mejorar, poner Smart TV. Hoy día es importante pues la gene se ve su Netflix o su tv de pago Gracias por todo
