Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlthough it was good to have parking it was very expensive; we has been touring round Holland and Germany for two weeks and this was the most we had to pay for parking. There was very limited storage in the room, you couldn't unpack a bag . There wasn't a real bathroom just a toilet cubicle, shower cubicle and sink in the room which meant there was a lack of privacy - you really need to know the person you are with very well.
Great location, easy walking distance to town. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Didn't have breakfast but the food in the restaurant was very good. Great to have secure on site parking for the motorcycle. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.
