There are 2 flights of stairs to the loft rooms that are tricky with heavy suitcases. There was a tiny kitchen and a bathroom to share on one floor so it would be ideal if both rooms were to be used by one family, unless you don't mind sharing.

The hostess was friendly and accommodating. Accommodation was comfortable and provided everything we needed.

The room was on a separate floor considering it was a private home , the room had all you would need ie fridge, house coats, hover couldn't fault it. The kitchen was very well equipped. Separate toilet and shower room excellent. The landlady was very pleasant and helpful. If I ever go back to Rotterdam I would definitely stay there again.

The kitchen is really small and not two persons can easily fit inside. Even not being a serious issue that would be something to mention.

We loved the neighborhood. Pretty houses and really calm. Also, since the public transports network is pretty good, in 15 min we were able to reach the city center. The facilities were wuite good and the room, toilet and kitchen cleanliness for sure worth the room value. Letty is really friendly and gave us hints for our stay and helped in every way she could.

the location is a bit out of town (like 1 hour walk from the city centre), but there is a bust stop nearby; a very steep stairs are leading to your room

The host is VERY RUDE. She blamed us for the things that we didn't do and demanded extra money.SUCH A SCAM. I have never seen ANYTHING in my whole booking experinces ever like this. The house was extremely narrow and cramped with very few space and the price is too high for a place like that. It is not a cute place LIKE IN THE PICTURES. Not to mention the host tries to get even more money afterwards. Hairdryer was broken and our room kept getting all the smell of the peoplw who cooked in the kitchen. I suggest everyone to take their money's worth in other places. It felt like a hostel experienve rather than a house. This place is loss of money and you get an AGGRESSIVE approach from the host in return. Sincerely, there is plenty of good places at the same budget.

Excellent place for a long weekend in Rotterdam. Close to public transport. 20 minutes from city centre. Free parking. Everything super clean, comfortable bed, fast wi fi connection. Letti is a very kind and helpful host. Thanks a lot for the nice stay.

Letty, its host, is such an adorable and very friendly person! She made me feel at home from day one, showing me around the house, making sure I knew everything I needed for my stay. The room is spacious and has everything you need to spend a few days in Rotterdam. The whole facilities have been recently renovated, being very modern and well functioning. All in all, a great experience!

The bed was extremely firm. The location is in a residential area, nothing nearby. You need to take bus 40 to Centraal Station, and 32 to go to the Centre. The stairs are both steep, practically vertical and the steps narrow, but this is common in homes in the Netherlands.

The host was very friendly although she was there only two days out of four. Her directions on how to enter the guesthouse was easy to follow. We liked the use of a kitchen on the same floor of the room. The price is economical and fair.

Letty is a very nice lady that made us feel at home. The apartment is very well located, close to the airport, to the zoo and to the city center. Everything was clean and the room such as the kitchen and the bathroom had all the amenities necessary. We hope to come back when we return to Rotterdam 😊
