Very clean and Maria is very responsive and helpful. The room is big and immaculately cleaned. Every things are thoughtfully presented. There are capsule coffee machine and kitchen facility. Location is convenient. We really enjoy our stay.

The main train line is literally outside the windows, so be prepared for train noise when you open the windows. When windows are shut, though, the sound was really not a big deal.

Maria was wonderful in her welcome of us, and the place is pretty, clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped. It's a lovely hideaway for two, close to all necessary transportation (bus, tram, ferry)

In my opinion everything was good.

Quiet location, close to public transport stops and several places to eat or have breakfast. Cozy and spacious apartment, with a small living room, bathroom, bedroom, and a kitchen shared with the other bookable room. Clean and cozy. Maria is very kind and helpful.

We really appreciated how clean the place was, and having a fridge was a great bonus. It was also very quiet with no noise from outside, which made for a peaceful stay. The host was excellent—friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great. In common with most Dutch houses the stairs are very narrow and steep, which we expected and took care with.

Great location, only 100yards from no.5 tram down into the Jordaan and Museums or 18or21bus to or from the centre and station. Lovely and clean with plenty of space and extra space for a dining area. We appreciated the comfy bed and lots of helpful extras such as toiletries, coffee pod machine and jars with starter supplies for a great coffee. The flat is very close to a small supermarket which was remarkably well stocked with all we needed including fresh salad and fruit, tubs of sauces and pickles, cubed cheeses and picnic fare. The store is in a small square with other shops and cafes, and leading off the square is a long , main street with several dozen shops and yummy bakeries which is great to explore. Look out for the paper craft store and their beautiful hummingbird and butterfly, bee and insect kits which flat pack into slim envelopes- great gifts to take home for family or frame for yourself. Chloe and Maria were great hosts. They helped with maps and directions and took the time to make sure how everything worked. There are loads of small cafes nearby, but our favourite was Tasca Bellota, no more than ,5or 6mins walk from the flat. Brilliant tapas to build an amazing feast. Staff are smiley and really helpful, and the wines were tasty and very reasonable, but more importantly everything from the seafood to the vegetarian cannelloni to the Spanish toast dessert was delicious. Have fun.

The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The host Maria was very helpful. She gave us a lot of information about the house and Amsterdam. She was the most caring host we have ever seen. We even had to call her when we had trouble finding a taxi to go to the airport at six in the morning via Bolt and Uber. She took care of it immediately and got us a taxi. If we go to Amsterdam again, this will definitely be the place we will stay. Thank you very much for everything.

It was VERY close to the railway line which we hadn’t realised just how close until there. I wear earplugs at night anyway so it didn’t really disturb me but my Husband who usually sleeps very well struggled on a few occasions. Take ear plugs.

The property has everything you need. Is spotlessly clean and the host was very friendly and informative, providing lots of valuable information about the local area, guides available and also a map which was very helpful. Very comfortable beds and use of Kitchen area and fridge too. The property is perfectly placed for everything. The tram and bus are just a 2 minute stroll away and there is a very reasonably priced supermarket around the corner. A great place to stay. Great value and lovely little extra touches such as coffee machine and pods in room, complimentary toiletries and a little bowl of sweets. There is a nice table and chairs to sit if you want to eat in and local eateries which you can take away as no cooking at property.

No microwave, no spare rubbish bags provided. Hard to get our bags up and down the stairs - I can’t remember if that was mentioned on the ad but very steep, narrow stairs and hard to navigate with large suitcases in case anyone booking has mobility issues.

Could not sleep with the window open otherwise you can hear the trains passing in the early morning. The rooms were well thought out, however, it could use a bit more style.

Very clean. Maria was lovely and I think asking for anymore in terms of amenities is being greedy. The rooms did not lack heating or anything we needed to make ourselves cosy. Great value for money in Amsterdam.

Maria is a very kind person, she allowed an early check-in she gave me a map and explained how to get to the center. She even Han an umbrella as it was rainy. The place had everything you need. The bed is super comfy. The place is very clean and Maria pays attention to every single detail. I would definitely come back in the future!

I was welcomed by an amazing and kind landlord who explained me everything. All was clean with a nice welcome of little sweets and a bunch of fresh tulips on the table. Great location of 20min walk from central station, close to shops and cafes and next to the park. I was able to run in the morning in the park and afternoon rent a bike close by and discover Amsterdam the traditional way.

Very nice little and cozy room. It is small but very clean warm and you have everything you need. Location is great, within walking distance you have the City centre, Central Station, cofe shops and restaurants. Maria was a very nice host, kindly waited for us because we were late and explained everything. Despite the fact that the location is near the train railway and we expected it to be noisy, we have had the surprise of a quiet and comfortable place.

Not that far from everything but still secluded. Near parks and shopping, perfect location. Option to leave bags by the foyer after checking out and can return the keys when you come collect the bags. The accomodation had everything, a TV (we didn't use), coffees, teas, plates, cutlery, extra towels, extra blankets, soap and shampoo. Host suggests best places to visit and replies quickly if you had any issues or questions.
