N/A - everything was wonderful!

Marco was really nice and kind host, He helped me a lot with information about train schedule and possibility to park for free near the Gouda train station. The room and bed were quite comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the common space and you can make a good coffee whenever you want.

I didn't like the steep stairs, connecting kitchen, common bathroom/toilet and the upper floor with rooms.

Very friendly owners, amazing breakfast, the room was on top of the Italia restaurant. The village is picturesque.

The staff are excellent and so welcoming, a lovely family run restaurant with 5 rooms adjoining, the room was spacious with tv, free WiFi all round, usb charging sockets and hot drinks on tap, would definitely recommend, had two evening meals and both were very tasty and of a high standard, continental breakfast with a very good and varied choice

There was nothing to dislike about the property, if you feel like spoiling yourself with a break from the hustle and bustle you will not be disappointed

Really helpful owners - very eager to please. They’ve cut down the B n B bookings recently so we had the place to ourselves. The coffee machine for guests is very good indeed - in a small communal area - and the breakfast is very good. We didn’t really use the cooking facilities but they looked fine. The area is quiet at night and the restaurant is good should you choose to eat there. The property is very close to the bus stop to get to Gouda and back for the day.

As other reviews have stated there is an odour around the ground floor inside the guest section (adjacent to the restaurant) and the stairs are very steep indeed. The initial appearance of the property is fine but on closer inspection some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit rickety/tired. We had stayed in some similarly priced places that were better in that respect. We had the room with the private bathroom but it is not en-suite so if there were other guests we wouldn’t have liked that as much. Other rooms presumably must manage the stairs to access the WC at night.

Everything was exceptional. Charlotte was an outstanding host. Dinner was phenomenal. Great service and staff. Thank you!

Breakfast was fullfiling and tasty. We've got crossaint, yoghurt and tosties nice served, plus exellent coffie. Room was nice, clean and comfy. Both od hosts were nice and helpful, listening to our needs.

food at their restaurant was great. very cosy place. the surrounding was very beautiful and scenic. we were also surprised with a free upgrade which was very nice, especially after 9hrs of driving that day.

the stairs going upstairs was a bit difficult for us and needs a bit of caution and manoeuvring. the shared bathroom upstairs was very nice but it also depended on the others whom you shared it with. Maybe a clear instruction on the electric toilet would be great.
