The windows in our room were really dirty. the bathroom was tiny and lacked comfort, e.g. not enough hooks for our towels, merely enough space to turn... although we booked a room of a higher price range, there was no extra comfort or space whatsoever. it smelled funny in the corridors and we heard our neighbours' symphony of steps, rumbling and music until late at night. We really would like to encourage the hotel on improving the breakfast situation. guests are asked to register in time slots in advance and that's fine. Still, there is not enough room for everyone to go to the buffet at the same time, let alone when they want to: expect a lot of standing in line and being elbow to elbow trying to get something to eat on your plate. Hotel staff does not always manage to refill empty breakfast items in time and people do shuffle around the room trying to find a seat. the buffet is limited in its presentation and lacks variety. being a huge breakfast enthusiast, I was by all means disappointed.

There's no shelve or anything in the showers..

Room was ok, and the beds were ok too. Don't expect too much. The bathroom was a bit tiny, if you shower and open the shower door the floor gets all wet. But just drop a towel :)

Price in Zandvoort is too high now. Cleaniness. The room was ok but the outside of the hotel and the frontpart was dirty. The hotel has a lot of potential which they could use better with a bit more „love“

Only that the elevator took extremely long to go up and down or even arrive. Not a good thing with elderly people who have a hard time walking stairs

Small fridge with only a limited space intended for cooling purposes only. No ice compartment! Had to sleep with windows closed due to the noise outside. Hotel lies at a main road so its busy till late night.

Nice room, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice coffee machine and water boiler for tea making. Breakfast was delicious and the beach is only 1~100 meter away!

The price was good, great buzzy location, very friendly staff, nice selection of bar drinks, free and safe parking for my motorcycle opposite and in view, superb modern room spotlessly clean with sea view, lovely big bed, breakfast was only €4.95 and was fantastic!

breakfast too expensive, rooms are a bit small but there are many shops for food nearby beds are singles pushed together. airco is too cold, hard to fix temperature

location, clean room, very roomy shower and comfortable bathroom, with a great rain shower! friendly and helpful staff very easy to reach the hotel and a place to leave your luggage if you want to stay longer on the beach I come back often here!!

When I arrived, and also once during my stay, the room service left my room open while I was not there. Fortunately, the room was in an area of the hotel where not many people can get to, so nothing happened. The room itself was a bit crowded, with the bed a bit too large for the small room. Being located on the groundfloor, with windows right towards the main street, the room would also not have been suitable for longer stays during the day (e.g. would the weather have been bad). The AC also permanently re-startet every time I turned it off.

I stayed for two nights at the hotel during a bike tour. It was no problem to store my bike securely in the garage, the personell was very friendly and helpful. The location was nice, right across from the boulevard. Breakfast was ok.

Parking was a bit hit and miss will be difficult in the summer to get parked I would think Although we booked a "Premium Room" with a sea view it was VERY SMALL, no coat hangers and very small wardrobe area, no drawers

It is very windy there, so you can't even smoke on the balcony or enjoy your coffee! (It's very simple to make a roof on the balcony or to put a piece of glass or even plastic to the front side.) And the toilet is only for skinny people, really tiny place! The bed was to soft for my back.

The parking situation in Zandvoort is not very nice.

For the intended stay: nothing, it was just fine! If it would be a longer stay, the room should be a bit bigger.

Perfect location, very kind staff, nice bar. Room was perfectly ok for a short stay. Inside it is a sweet little location. Don't be mislead by the outside appearance.
