The hotel is very noisy in the morning and make it hard to sleep; we could hear the door being slammed in the corridor, the furniture being moved for the cleaning, the tramway outside..

There is a parking garage and a restaurant, and the room was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Opening the door, i was hit by a very bad smell, which was best described like 'dog shit'. After 5 minutes of being in the room. The smell disappeared. So this was either an outside smell but no windows open. Or, more than likely, the air conditioning system. You really need to.look at that.

Close to motorway and gated parking for our motorcycles. unfortunately not close enough for walk into town. But having arrived in the evening after the ferry from Harwich this was not a problem.

Google was not showing proper connection to the hotel. That is the big mess with Maps.

Its was really good place for a vacation Good Room with Smart TV facility and ambience was really nice. Its far from city center but still okay to stay.

Simple and comfortable room with big and nice bed. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Easy and free parking. With the tram you are in the city centre in 15 minutes. Good value for money.

The bathroom was really small, and the sink was tiny. This made washing up quite difficult and bothersome… (see photo)

The location is very good, since there are bus & tram stops very close to the hotel. This made getting to the Utrecht central station very easy. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was nice and clean, though not very spacious.

Instead of small soap bottles, I suggest they change them for fixed shower gel/shampoo refillable bottles (more sustainable, cheaper for them, and better for users).

This is a good budget hotel, nothing specially bad to share. The rooms were ok, clean and it is quite calm.

They charge me tax. Even if I didn't broke anything. I don't know why they charge me tax. They said everybody do it. I don't understand it.

The towels were stained and when we showed up to the hotel we couldn't get in the fence to check in, if not for 1 of our friends already being there we wouldn't have got in.

The rooms seemed nicer that I expected for the price.

The rooms are not adequately cleaned on a daily basis. They just make up the bed and do not clean the floors and wipe surfaces.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The dining area is well kept.

There are no restaurants/ supermarkets around the hotel. Moreover, the entry gate for pedestrians to enter the hotel does not work at all and every time we had to use the entry gate for vehicles for which we had to wait until a vehicle enters or leaves the hotel.

The hotel is well connected to the city using the public transport and is just a few meters away from the train station and the bus stop.

The bed was far too soft. I have back problems and got worst with the mattress. The shower door was so small it was hard to enter it and the shower handle support was broken. It wouldn’t arm to have something to be able to put the soap on in the shower. In the morning, I informed the reception desk that the pedestrian door leading to the parking was opened in blocked position. The parking was probably free to enter for anybody during the night.

The breakfast buffet was really nice. Only in higher class hotel I am offered a freshly baked omelet. Danish were good. I’m fFrench and difficult to satisfy with Danish pastries quality but it was good.
