Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Good location quiet yet near the center. 15-20 min walk to central station and near bus stops. Room has a mini fridge, espresso machine and hair dryer. Kettle also available and safe. Good bathroom yet a bit small and sink drains a bit slow, yet still good design and not too old. Work desk and tv. Decent size room and had a side river view which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast but seemed good variety. A very practical stay and good price.

NetherlandsCommunication can be improve. I sent three messages to the hotel and didn't get an answer. The baby cot was not in our room despite we arrived super late in the evening. We got a blanket but not made for a baby, and no baby pillow :( Our sheet kept coming off and the mattress was visible. For hygiene and comfort reasons, this needs to be improved.
Great location in the center of the city! Friendly staff, helpful and kind employees. I loved that the room was big enough to have the stroller and the cot without issues. There was a parking super close by. The breakfast was good! I would stay here again next time! Nice hotel!

Czech RepublicCycling focused cities are generally a nightmare to park in (for the best reason). The hotel having a closeby underground garage with good space for a normal sized car was great. EUR15/night There's a large open space lot nearby as well that's slightly more expensive if you're unlucky and it's full.

BelgiumA bit sad that there was no fresh juice at breakfast. A lot of noise in the hotel, we woke up a few times. The pillow was massive so difficult to sleep on but the bed was comfy. The shower soap isn’t hypoallergenic, we had a reaction to it (rash). We had to wait 40 minutes for the check-in.
The location was great. The room was quite big and very clean. Good breakfast, a lot of variety.

United KingdomReception understaffed always a queue. Had a fire alarm at 4am and no visible staff to help or give explanation. Glad it was a false alarm. Someone smoking in the room. Corridors were very unkept and needing hoovered.
Definitely not a 4 star rating, not an appealing hotel as very basic. Great access to the centre and markets. Great local bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Staff did there best to accommodate our needs

MozambiqueLong queues for check in and check out. There was only one staff member attending all guests. The room was also not cleaned well. The floor was dirty, the bed not well made up and the cleaning staff "forgot" to deliver towels and clean the dirty coffee cups.
Excellent location. Walking distance from the town center. The hotel also has access to a reasonably priced parking garage.
