The owners couple are the most hospitality persons I have met in my 60+ years being in the industry myself. You could not be in a more perfect and.smooth operation where the word NO did not exists. Thank you and we will be back.

Breakfast was very good. Nice bacon and scramble egg.

This was a strange experience for me, the room left a lot to be desired. Two chairs, but no desk. One tiny bathroom trash can, but no other trash can. The light in the shower didn't work, the controls for the bidet didn't work. Breakfast was odd, as a plate is made for you in advance, and it always had way too much bread. I was there for about two weeks, and my bedding wasn't changed a single time, even after requesting it. Since this isn't a hotel there is no front desk, so I messaged them on Booking and nearly every single message was ignored.

Room was upstairs and toilet was downstairs. It was also a challenge to find the room. Address was off. Staff was pleasant but not friendly.

Very friendly staff. Quite place near German border. Comfortable and quite room. Good price / quality ratio. Good breakfast, it was more than enough.

I cannot think of anything that i didn't like. Everything was as expected.

Breakfast was insufficient. We received a cute little basket with our packaged breakfast. But we didn't have any plates or proper cutlery. The bread was missing.

A large room with a separate comfy seating area as well as the bed, and separate bathroom section. Twin sinks with great lighting and good toiletries, plus a good hairdryer. A large, multifunction shower cubicle with lots of instant hot water. Really good, generous and tasty breakfast.

Small, tight, twisting staircase to get up to the rooms, which was dodgy with heavy cases. Small, dim, separate toilet cubicle within the room. No written instructions for the complicated multijet shower and massage cubicle. We almost felt unexpected as we had to find people to go and hunt for other people before getting checked in and the same happened at breakfast time.

Cozy and comfortable room in nice little village just outside Brunssum with all you need for a great stay. The fridge in the room was an added bonus as was the free milk from the kitchen for my tea. As I was leaving for work before breakfast serving, a fresh takeaway breakfast was prepared for me every morning. The homemade ice cream served downstairs in the parlour was amazing. I ate dinner every night in the restaurant and it was delicious each time. The owners and staff were always friendly and helpful, thank you for a great stay.

The room key also opens the front door. Unfortunately this was a little hit and miss and sometimes I couldn't get the door to open at all. In the evening this was not an issue as you can go through the ice cream parlour. But I was nearly late one morning as I left something in the room and couldn't get back in. Disaster was only averted when another guest came outside for a cigarette and let me in.

Nice young lady who welcomed us and provided a drink. Also breadfast was good; enough bread etc.

Even after trying a lot of times, we were not able to get the electronic shower working. So we did not get a shower. During the night, the complicated electronic shower made a lot of noise.

Quiet, clean, everything you needed.

Good location near Brunssum. Spacious room. Decent breakfast.

Breakfast not that special as some reviews would make you believe. Shower unit is all talk no action. Massage function doesn't work properly.

In general this B&B is not bad, however not as we expected looking at the rating of 9.0...

Bed mattresses should be changed; no heating in the toilet (one should leave the door open at all times).

The room was very small and crowded with furniture. I received a less nice room than the others, but it was okay for 2 nights. It was super clean.
