The bathroom on the ground floor is a bit small but acceptable.

The location is really good, the train station and attractions are within walking distance. The room facilities could meet all needs, especially having a basement and a sauna, loved the arrangement too much.

The door that joins the owners flat and the apartment can't be secured from the guests side which feels a litle weird.

The host Nik was a great guy that helped us a lot with the apartment and with city. He gave us a lot information about the things to do in Utrecht. A friendly guy with a great apartment divided in two floors. Very comfortable in the center of the city and a great sauna.

Minor issues only: no hooks to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom, no hot water in the bathroom sink, microwave too high to reach, blinds at the back too high to reach to pull down once they were up in the highest position, mirror in the bathroom too high up.

Great location, very clean, very comfortable, nice beds, very quiet at night, good shower, good beds. Lots of chairs, plenty of soft towels.

The Wi-Fi signal was a bit patchy.

A very large, centrally-located apartment, spread over two floors, with a view of the garden on one side and the street on the other. It incorporates a large bath and a sauna and is very comfortably furnished. The host was charming and very helpful.

I liked everything.

Had a great time spending the weekend in Utrecht at B&B Chez Cho. Spotlessly clean, with all you could need. The beds were comfortable, the area quiet at night and the location right in the picturesque canal area. You can easily walk from the train station and around the city. The sauna was a luxurious touch at the end of each day. Nico met us at the property and was available if we were to have any issues. I hope to return here again and would highly recommend.

I do not think there is anything that I did not like about this lovely stay.

The hosts are very lovely and welcoming. They provided everything that I wanted easily. I had a great time in the sauna and the jacuzi and felt very much relaxed after the long working days. The facility is very easy to reach and I am sure if you have more time than me it is also nice to explore things in Utrecht itself.

What is there not to like? Absolutely great place to be.

Chez Cho Bed & Breakfast is the perfect base to explore Utrecht and its surrounds. Despite our late arrival into Utrecht, Nico was on site to greet us, show us around the property and give tips - i.e. cycling routes, things to see and do, etc. All one needs is located on site and the bath and sauna are a perfect way to relax after a long day cycling or exploring the city.

Excellent ground floor apartment about a 800m walk from Central train station and very close to the Utrecht city centre. Well appointed modern, comfortable apartment with all facilities. I had everything I needed to make my own breakfast, although the owner can provide a breakfast for 10 Euros.. It's also very close to a large number of restaurants for dinner. The apartment has exclusive access to a basement room which contains a sauna, washing machine and a large bath tub with handheld shower. The sauna is set to 70 degrees and I enjoyed it greatly after a long day. A rare treat in an apartment. The owner is very helpful. All up, it's great value for money. Schiphol is a 30-35 minutes train ride away from Utrecht Central station.
