We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

FinlandThe parking spots were full most days during my stay and I had to park quite far away which was an issue with a lot of luggage for work. The parking in the area was free, so there was no extra cost. The noise from the hotel bar carried to my room until the early hours of the morning, which made it very difficult to sleep.
The location was great with many restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and room was comfy. The breakfast started very early and had a lot of great options.

AustraliaHotel is too noisy. Noise from bar below and across the road, reception and people walking on stairs is very loud. Had to use earplugs in able to sleep. TV is small and not hanging straight, displays annoying big subtitles, no option to remove with the remote. Light around mirror in bathroom is too bright.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. We were early to check in, but we were able to take our rooms as they were ready. We were provided with a safe place to keep our bikes overnight.
