Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Italythe problem was paying a lot for a larger and more complete room with a view and after handing me the keys, they told me that room was not the correct one and they gave me a tiny room where the windows didn't open and an incredible stench came out of the bathroom and given the lack of air exchange there was a musty smell. Also, the window that didn't open overlooked a concrete wall and the hotel corridor. The guy at the reception told us that he couldn't do anything about it because the hotel was fully booked and he wasn't the one who assigned the rooms, despite I showed him that the room I had booked was not that one and that I had paid a lot more money than the price of the room they had given me. to make up for it they said we could get drinks for free (ps, they still charged us for them). Needless to say the room was nothing like the pictures. It’s a Nice hotel but paying for the best room and getting the bad one is too much. Really sorry.

EgyptThe basement room is stinking, TV didn't work and the reception guy was trying to fix it with no hope. Definitely the stairs was so tide its so hard to go up or down with your luggage. The overall experience was so expensive
The reception staff was helpful, the hotel's location was good and when I upgrade my room I got a good room. The new room had a coffee machine.
