Fridge was not working - no freezer for meat storage. Cooking utensils can be added for convenience especially toaster.

The shower curtain in the shower not able to prevent water from wetting the floor bathroom and become slippery, probably a glass door may help to retain water in the shower place.

Getting in to the building was confusing and required calls to management. While the descriptions indicated it was possible to store luggage at the building if needed, all of the lockers were full and we had to lug around suitcases, car seats, crib for an entire day before we were able to check in.

Loved that we could sit outside on the terrace overlooking the canal. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were fine.

It was quite difficult for us to bring big sizes of luggage through steep stairs as we get a room on the 3rd floor and no elevator available.

Very small and tight spiral staircase Even more difficult lugging your luggage in a very tight spiral staircase. We had 5 large suitcases to negotiate this and on checking out we ended up lifting them over the railings when one of us stood on the ledge of the canal. This was far easier than using this narrow and dangerous spiral staircase. Many times we fell on this staircase walking up and down alone. I can imagine how difficult it would be for those who are bariatric! Wished we could use the lift (there is one but reseved for staff use only). Lastly, wifi password should be displayed in each room. We arrived after 23:00h and could not see it displayed in one area.

Not walking distance from the center, but easy by bike or public transportation

It is on the canal, very beautiful, close to a nice street with food, a supermarket, and a place to rent bikes so you can ride for 10 minutes to get to the center.

Very noisy district, especially at night, which made it hard to sleep. Also the shower did not drain which made the bathroom floor very wet and dangerous.

It was expensive. The apartments, especially those on higher floors do get quite warm in hotter temperatures - no air con. Hairdryer in one of our apartments didn't work.

Too stuffy, the narrow stairs to get to the apartment, when using the shower water floods onto rest of the bathroom floor even with towels down on the floor. Felt a bit claustrophobic since I had no idea it was a basement apartment. Area to get there from the city center is a bit questionable (was always with my family but wouldn’t feel comfortable alone).

The location was great, apartment 7a was clean and spacious for a family of 5. Excellent shower/bathroom. Comfortable beds and sofa. On a canal for great views. Easy check in and out.

One of the windows was broken and it looked like it would break down. It’s difficult to use the stairs with a heavy luggage, no elevator. The apartment was not properly cleaned.
