The distance to the GVB tram is 2km (25 mins), or bus #195 1km (10mins) but if you buy multi-days GVB card is not helpful. There was no liquid/solid soap, only shower gel. Also, cleaning room happened 1 time during our 9 days of stay, but they are advertised as long term hotel so I guess the expectancy, after a couple of days, is to buy your own stuff and do some clean. We were ok with this but it is a -, can't be a +. The internet is slow, it is ok but not excelent, you can work/watch a movie but not downloading/uploading large files. It takes many hours to upload 10-15gb of photos/videos, for eg. If you choose a 2 beds (twin) room for 2 adults and 1 kid, the beds will most likely slide one from each other and there will be a gap in between.

Kind staff, kitchen with all you need (for a kitchen with microwaves), they also offer possibility to store luggage for couple of hours for free. Neighborhood is exceptionally, I enjoyed the walk to and from tram every single time, even if it was a long one.

Hotel is clean and good also the staff were super friendly and helpful. There is like 10 minutes walking to a bus station and 15 minutes walking to tram station takes you direct to city center.

Location at this hotel is not ideal. You should factor in an additional hour commute if you plan to go into Amsterdam. The closest bus stop is about 10-15 minutes walk.

The staff were so nice and helpful dealing with any concerns I had about the room. The room and amenities were clean and definitely worth the value for the money.

I would say you should be very mobile and enjoy walking if you would like to stay here, alternatively rent a bicycle or rent a car. You will need some form of transport.

I have to call out Robert on staff as being very friendly and attentive, he is excellent at his job and really got my stay off to the right start by allowing me to check in early, Thank you Robert. The apartments are bright and spacious, the shower was decent with hot water always available, my bed was made up and my towels replaced at least 3 times in the week I was there, which I was very happy with. The room had a microwave, which I made use of but I would have preferred a hob to do some actual cooking. There was a TV with plenty of channels available and a handful of English language channels too, including BBC. I made use of the gym, which was adequate. It consists of 2 treadmills, a rowing machine, 2 bikes, a weights machine and various kettle bells. The gym also has changing rooms. There is a games room, where you can hang out and watch TV or play a game of pool. The laundry room consists of 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, there are also several irons and boards. It was great to be able to wash my clothes during my stay. This hotel was half the price of anything I could find in the city, this is because it's outside of the city but it is still well connected. At the airport I took the 195 bus to Badhoevelaan, from there it is a 10 to 15 minutes walk through a small park and on through a residential area to the hotel. When travelling to the city, I walked back to Badhoevelaan and got the 195 bus to Lelylaan station, from there I got the no. 1 tram into the city. Or you can walk along the canal into the area of Sloten, cross the bridge and turn right after the Crossfit gym to get to Oudenaardeplantsoen and get the no.2 tram from there straight into the city. I also travelled back from the city both these ways. Late one evening, I got a taxi from the city back to the apartments, this cost me €40. On the last day I got a taxi back to the airport, this cost me €17.50. There is a Lidl 25 minutes away from the hotel and a small garage a 2 minute walk away.

Far away from the city centre. Change of sheets is after 6 days(!) and new ones are 15€! No bus/ tram station in vicinity.

Hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff is friendly and polite.

The fact that there were few options for food in the Hotel. There are only a few restaurants with a minimum walking distance of 25 seconds from the Hotel; extending the variety of food would be necessary for those who want to stay there.

The room is equipped with kitchen tools such as microwaves, plates, electric cattle and cutleries. The room also has a television for entertainment while watching diverse programs and tables that support the working environment. These tools and facilitators are an essential and induced sense of comfort.

All you need for a bit longer stay is there - kitchenette (no stove), laundry, parking, fitness, mini-shop. The neighborhood is lovely - canal, little Dutch houses, surprisingly calm even though is not far from the airport.

Closest mode of transport was 20 minute walk away, however, this was not much of an issue as it's a beautiful walk.

Most hotels and apartment hotels supply shampoo and body wash but this was limited - it would be nicer if this could have been supplied without having to ask for it. The outside of the building needs a clean.

The rooms were clean, the kitchen could have been equipped a bit better ie toaster and coffee cafetiere. The staff were very friendly and were accommodating. . I would say a car is needed to get around.

There is no room service. Cleaning is done after 6 days of stay. At least once in 2 days should be done. Accidentally my phone dropped on the alarm thread inside the bathroom, the alarm went on and no one came. The purpose of the alarm is to get the attention of the front desk. I then have to go fetch them to switch of the alarm where the guy was not having any clue where is the switch to stop. The manager should brief all their staff about this.

The shop inside the Hotel was very convenient as well as good prices. The staff there who handles the entire property are courteous.

Its a cheaper hotel near the airport and for what it is it served its purpose. We rented bikes and biked to the city center everyday which take approx. 30 min so be ready for that. Overall we were satisfied with the stay.

There was no double bed as requested. Food market was not very well provided. Not easy to get to city center.

The wifi dropped in and out constantly. There was no sponge, soap or drying cloth for the kitchenette in the room.

Too Far away from the tram stop, aprox. 30min walk. Too expensive for this location. Dirty sheets. No supermarket or coffee shop near, nothing to eat for breakfast.
