There was nothing that I didn’t like.

It was a beautiful hotel my favorite part was the decor it was to die for. And my room was clean and stunning I was greeted with a birthday card on the bed and flowers at breakfast. The staff was really nice and friendly.

We had a lovely stay at the stylish Alexander Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable ...Breakfast offered a great choice with good coffee. The location was excellent for our planned trip to Keukenhof. We were lucky enough to have wonderful weather and so were able to enjoy dinner at the beach club watching the sun go down ....all in all a great stay. Thank you!

Ideal location. Lift access, reception and bar staff were lovely. Close to bus stop, beach was a short walk away. Restaurants and shops nearby. Everything you needed.

The Azzuro Spa was below expectations. It was not very clean, the sauna, jacuzzi, and main pool were quite cold. But the services and treatment at the spa were very nice.

Great clean rooms, very nice breakfast, enough parking space in the underground garage, close to the beach and beach clubs.

Great location, very helpful and polite staff, beautiful, spacious room. Breakfast was reasonable and had a good spread, and the spa access for the wellness centre nearby was really good. We especially loved the staff, who were always helpful and explained everything in great detail. Loved the place, and definitely would definitely recommend.

The staircase is fairly narrow and the steps are half the size of the regular steps. There’s an elevator though.

The only thing I could say is that I'm not a fan of glass doors on the bathroom. Frosted glass or not, I prefer a solid door. But, hey, if that's the worst thing about the room, that's not too bad, is it?

All of the staff that we encountered were very, very nice. Front desk, dining room, bar, housekeeping were all very friendly. The room was nice. We were on the back of the hotel, with a balcony, which was nice. It was quiet and we had a relaxing view. Could sit outside in the sun in the afternoon. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. It's a short walk to the water and beach, as well as to downtown for shopping and along the boardwalk. The room was clean and cozy.

Excellent location. Staff is really service minded. Room has everything you need. Breakfast is top and the possibility to use the facilities of the sport and swim/wellness center Azzurro (for free) is for us a positive deciding factor. Parking facilities with possibility to park on the arrival date earlier than check in and after check out the remainder of the day are fabulous.
