Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

QatarNothing much! Lights could be a little brighter (maybe it's my personal preference for bright light).
Almost everything was perfect about the stay here. It was the best among the 5 other places we stayed in during this trip across 3 countries in Europe. The location is close both to the city centre (5 minutes walk) and Delft University (10-15 mins walk) you can make it shorter with a bike. We stayed there on a Thursday and got a chance to visit the local market in the square.. Car comes till the door which is at the canal side, so no hassle of lifting luggage. Hosts are a very good couple, ever ready to help. There is a backyard that opens from the room, which was accessible to us (it also becomes a safe place to park the bikes without the fear of getting stolen). Arrangements in the room were very well thought. All necessary things were made available right there - from cooking utensils to cutlery, iron board and stand, brand new electric cooktop, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom was spacious and well lit, equipped with a washer and dryer. And what the kids liked the most was the foosball table shown in their pictures. Chances of going again, very high!

Perfect location close to the parking garage (costing €20.6 per day) and the centre of town. Spacious, with all amenities you'd need. The parking garage is also ideally located if you want to travel outside of Delft. Reponsive host. Nice little backyard/garden where you can have breakfast (if it's sunny).

Moreover, the location was ideal — just a short walk from both the train station and the Delft University campus, which was especially important for me as I was there for work. I strongly reccomend it.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this home for a full month, and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was simply perfect — the house, the location, and above all, the wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The house is not only beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, but also incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Delft itself is a charming city, full of life and beauty, and just walking through its streets was a joy. What made our stay unforgettable, however, were the hosts. They are genuinely kind and generous people — the kind of people you carry with you in your heart. Even when we forgot to mention we were traveling with our dog, they responded with understanding and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and supported throughout our stay. Their warmth and flexibility meant the world to us. This has been, without a doubt, the best accommodation experience we've ever had. If you're lucky enough to stay here, you're in for something truly special.
